How long does a stab wound to the bowel takes to heal after surgery
Male | 31
A stab wound in the bowel is indeed a serious injury that will require surgery for a solution. After the surgery, the healing time can vary but it usually takes several weeks to a few months. Symptoms of this may involve intense pain, fever, and vomiting. Repairing the damaged bowel with surgery is the solution, in addition to proper wound care and medication to prevent infection, which is the main reason for the surgery. It's important to heed your doctor's orders to have a quick and easy recovery.

Incorporating healthy fats from sources like olive oil, nuts, and fish can be beneficial. Limiting sugar, refined carbs, and saturated fats is essential. Stay hydrated and consider small, frequent meals. Regular exercise is excellent for liver health. I have gall stone of size 7/8 mm .sgot and sgpt normal. Direct bilirubin 0.47 and indirect 2.75 total 3.22 .gall stone not symptomatic but sometimes slow pain in belly. How i reduce bilirubin level to normal and stones removal without gall bladder removal .
Male | 47
You have gallstones, and your bilirubin levels are high. Gallstones can cause belly pain, and high bilirubin occurs when the liver doesn't break down red blood cells properly. To lower bilirubin, eat balanced meals, avoid fatty foods, and stay hydrated. Medications can also help. While removing gallstones without surgery is difficult, endoscopic procedures can break them down. Talk to a gastroenterologist to find the best treatment option for you.

The limb swelling and the discomfort you are feeling might indicate a fluid retention issue. Your doctor should adjust your treatment plan to ensure that your blood levels are good and you do not have these side effects. Talk to your gastroenterologist about all your symptoms so that they can make the most appropriate choices for your health.

This may be a consequence of gastritis, a stomach problem, but the other options still need to be examined. The pain coming back could mean that there is something else going on. Your heart and lungs also need to be considered. It is imperative to see a gastroenterologist for them to ask more inquiries, do an examination, and even run some tests to determine the source of the pain

I haven't been able to freshen up properly for a few days...and I have stomach pain on my left side.
Male | 33
Gas buildup or constipation could create this unpleasant feeling. Not expelling waste regularly causes issues too. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Fiber-rich foods aid waste removal from the body. Mild exercise like walking helps food move along smoothly. However, if pains persist despite self-care measures, it's wise to consult a gastroenterologist promptly.

Acid reflux might cause your chest pain. A lump-in-throat sensation, bloating, and diarrhea after meals are signs. Stomach acid flows back up the food pipe. Smaller meals and avoiding spicy or greasy foods help. Don't lie down after eating. Drink lots of water too. This condition is when stomach acid flows up. Visit a gastroenterologist if the problem continues.

Female | 23
It sounds like you’re experiencing several concerning symptoms, which may indicate an infection or inflammation. Fever and sore throat are common with viral or bacterial infections. The burning sensation, oral discomfort, and gastrointestinal issues could suggest a viral illness or even acid reflux. Weakness and shortness of breath should be taken seriously. I recommend resting, staying hydrated, and considering over-the-counter pain relievers. However, it’s essential to seek medical attention promptly to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment. A gastroenterologist can provide the best care tailored to your situation.
