This may be a consequence of gastritis, a stomach problem, but the other options still need to be examined. The pain coming back could mean that there is something else going on. Your heart and lungs also need to be considered. It is imperative to see a gastroenterologist for them to ask more inquiries, do an examination, and even run some tests to determine the source of the pain

I am a 25 year old female. I have been experiencing sharp abdominal pains that comes and goes for the last month. I don't know what might be the problem
Female | 25
There are many causes of this. It may be gas. It could also be indigestion. Or it could be a stomach bug. Sometimes, it might be menstrual cramps. Or you could be constipated. Drink lots of water. Eat small meals. Do not eat spicy foods. If the pain does not go away, you should see a gastroenterologist.

Gestroic and acidity can couse of high blood pressure ??
Male | 39
You won't find high blood pressure caused by stomach and acidity disorders. However, if you're often in a state of worry because of such a situation, it may have a slight impact on your blood pressure. Experiencing symptoms such as stomach ache, puffy belly, and heartburn can make you feel uncomfortable. You should eat less, avoid spicy foods, and learn to relax through techniques such as deep breathing or yoga, which will help you manage stress.

I have been having running stomach for the past 3 days and it still occuring, and I have been taking some drugs but it didn't work out , what should I do ?
Female | 24
So, if you have this situation and drugs are not helping, you might turn to think that is this caused by your diet. Some condiments, fatty, and dairy products trigger stomach pain if it is oversensitive. Stick to the plainest foods, perhaps like bread, rice, or bananas. Also, make sure to drink enough water so that your body cannot dry out and the stomach can gain pretty much. In case things are not getting improved soon, then it's time to fix an appointment with a Gastroenterologist.

Male | 23
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease can progress to fibrosis, which is the scaring of the liver. Healthy weight loss through diet and exercise can play a key role in the liver's health. The liver is capable of some self-repair, but the damage from serious scarring is probably not going to be reversed completely. Following your doctor's advice, taking your medication, and lifestyle changes to support your liver health are essential.

What is normal level of lipase
Male | 17
An individual can find the chubby substance-dissolving macromolecule in this system. It commonly breaks down between 0 to 160 units per liter when it is in a healthy person’s bloodstream. Having a high level of lipase can indicate something wrong with your pancreas. Some signs that someone has too much lipase may include pain in their stomach or feeling sick; they might also have a fever, etc.

Bad stool passing since a week with minor stomach pain 4to 5 time a day
Male | 35
The bad stool passing and stomach pain 4 to 5 times a day may be the result of a tummy bug or infection. When the germs enter your tummy and cause upset, this situation can arise. Drinking plenty of fluids to stay hydrated and eating simple foods like rice and toast are the most important things to do. Rest is also a necessary condition to help your tummy become better. Try to stay away from spicy or greasy food. If the problem continues, it's essential to consult a gastroenterologist.

Stomach is not doing well and stool is not passing
Male | 33
You're having trouble passing stool, likely due to reasons like lack of fiber, insufficient water intake, or stress. To ease it, eat more vegetables and fruits, and drink plenty of water. However, if this persists, consult a doctor for proper medical assessment and guidance. While irregular bowel movements happen, prolonged issues shouldn't be ignored as they could signify underlying concerns that require professional evaluation from a gastroenterologist and treatment tailored to your specific condition.

Your symptoms could be of acid reflux or the more severe form called the gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Acid reflux can be defined as the condition where the liquid in the stomach drains back into the throat area, causing a burning sensation in the chest and throat. I recommend you to see a gastroentroogist who will help you to diagnose your condition and propose the proper treatment.

Stomach aches are possible due to numerous causes. So when you have 11100 TLC, it indicates the possibility of a certain infection in your body that the immune system fights against, which makes your stomach ache. Be sure to consume enough liquids, and light foods, and sleep well. When the pain doesn't go away or worsen, go to a gastroenterologist for treatment.

I’m from India. I got a question about chilli powder or I guess paprika in the west. Can chilli cause any problem with my stomach or intestine? Can it cause ulcers? Because the whole of internet says it’s good.
Male | 30
Chilies are a healthy ingredient that most people can eat without having problems. Even though, it is also possible for a stomach to become upset, or intestines to be inflamed with chili. Stomach irritations like these can lead to symptoms such as stomach pain, acid indigestion, or indigestion. In rare cases, some people can develop ulcers after eating extremely spicy foods. These sores can appear in the stomach or intestines' lining and cause discomfort and pain. In case of nausea, an antispasmodic should be taken right before bed.

Female | 5
Since the ultrasound and urine tests turned out normal, possible reasons for the symptoms may be. Typical causes in little ones can be food intolerance, stress, or anxiety. It is advisable to monitor if she is grey with certain foods before experiencing them or if she is angry all of a sudden and feels sick. Keeping a food diary and trying relaxation techniques such as deep breathing may be helpful. If the symptoms persist, talk to a pediatrician to get a proper diagnosis of the problem.

Last week i went to get my normal meds over the counter coz am to travel next week. The pharmasist adviced me i take dulcolax 5mg a day or 2 before i travel to clean out my bowels as he said it will reduce the nausea. Please advice coz i dont want to take the medicine and it ends up interfering with my trip. I also have a case of haemorrhoids so
Female | 37
Motion sickness can be defined as nausea and dizziness when one travels. The phenomenon can be caused by the confusion in the brain between the signals sent. Motion sickness meds are usually taken. However, Dulcolax is a laxative intended to be used for constipation treatment, not motion sickness. It may result in cramping and diarrhea. It is crucial to refrain from any other drugs and consult a gastroenterologist.

I recently had typhoid & some bacteria infection and was given some medication but after the medication I still feel a little unwell (not so intense) I feel a little het from within
Male | 29
Even after taking the medication, if you're still feeling a bit unwell and experiencing internal heat, it might mean there are still some lingering issues. The problem of bacteria being incompletely cleared out which leads to persistent symptoms is one of the possible explanations. Hydration, taking adequate rest, and going for further observations and treatment are the most important tips to be followed with a gastroenterologist to stay healthy.

been under investigation for upper left sided stomach and chest pain for about 2 years now. The pain usually comes during strenuous activity causing me to stop what I’m doing. I had a hiatus hernia which recently got repaired by surgery to stop the acid reflux but doctors did not think that this would stop the pain I was getting which it hasn’t! I’ve had CT scans which have supposedly been normal, an ultra sound which shown an enlarged spleen and an hematoma on the spleen. (Doctors don’t seem concerned by this) Bloods are also fairly normal as been told nothing stands out. Not sure what causes this pain as it’s interfering with every day life
Male | 25
You've been through a lot with this ongoing pain, especially after having surgery for a hiatus hernia. Since the CT scans and ultrasounds have shown an enlarged spleen and hematoma, it's important to follow up with a gastroenterologist or a hematologist. They can help you understand whether these findings could be related to your pain and guide you toward the right treatment.

You could have piles which are also referred to as hemorrhoids. The following indications could be the symptoms of piles if you see blood in your stool, feel pain or discomfort around your bottom, or notice swollen lumps. Piles occur when blood vessels in the area become swollen and inflamed. Eating fiber-rich foods, drinking water, and avoiding straining are some methods that can help alleviate the symptoms.

Hello , I have pain in my lower abdomen below my belly button and continues over my belly button and when I press my belly it hurts on the right side , I have COVID and I had some gastrointestinal symptoms could this be something more serious like appendicitis? I also have gas and burping
Male | 22
It's important to seek proper medical evaluation and treatment for your symptoms. Abdominal pain can be caused by appendicitis. And Covid 19 can also cause gastrointestinal symptoms. Inform your doctor about your symptoms, medical history, and covid19 status. Gas and burping alone are not specific to appendicitis.
