These things could happen because of nerves. Nerves can get hurt in many ways. Bad posture, injuries, or sicknesses like diabetes can hurt nerves. To feel better, you need good posture. You need to move around. You need to eat good food. If you still feel these things, you should see a neurologist.

Sleep problem Night me nind nhi aati headache
Male | 18
Sleep disturbances accompanied by headaches can often arise from stress, anxiety, or poor sleep habits. It's important to recognize that these issues can be interconnected. To improve your rest, try establishing a calming bedtime routine, limit screen time before sleep, and ensure your environment is conducive to relaxation. Regular physical activity and proper hydration can also be beneficial. If symptoms persist or worsen, I encourage you to consult a neurologist. They can help identify any underlying issues and provide tailored guidance for your situation.

My grandfather age is 69 he had second brain stroke after 3 month now he able to speak slow slow today he got anger and eat food by himself without ask anyone after I ask him is any problem you in eat he said no problem and easy to eat . so please doctor suggest me can we start giving him food by mouth
Male | 69
It is quite predictable for a person who had a stroke for the second time to have trouble speaking and experiencing behavior changes. The good thing is that he ate without any problem which is a way forward. His improved swallowing ability is reflected in his independent eating skills. It's necessary to lay a good basis by cutting out soft foods and liquids to avoid choking. Let him carry out the process of swallowing without being rushed. It's recommended that a speech therapist or a healthcare provider be the one to provide him with a diet plan that he must follow carefully.

Dolor de cabeza durante y después de inferir alcohol
Masculino | 33
Experiencing headaches during or after alcohol consumption can be quite common. This discomfort may arise from dehydration, changes in blood vessels, or the presence of congeners, which are found in some drinks. To alleviate symptoms, consider drinking ample water before, during, and after consuming alcohol. Taking over-the-counter pain relief may also help. Additionally, ensuring you eat beforehand can minimize effects. If headaches persist or become severe, it’s advisable to consult a neurologist for further evaluation and tailored advice.

When I woke up this morning, I couldn't get out bed. I felt dizziness and total blackouts afterwards. I still lying down. What should I do and what might be the cause of this?
Male | 25
You might be going through orthostatic hypotension. This is a long word that means your blood pressure is too low when you try to stand up. This may lead to you feeling lightheaded and dizzy, and eventually, you might even pass out. To help, try moving stairs at least when you get out of bed, and keep hydrated. If the pain continues, visit a neurologist for a thorough check-up and guidance.

I have a daughter whose development has been a bit late since she was little. She could only lie face down after she was 1 year old and then she could walk around 3 or 4 years old. Her development is slow but she is currently in grade 11 at school, but her mental ability is very weak. Her IQ is below 100. Her right hand, right leg and arm are stiff. The sole of the right foot tilts inward so it is difficult to walk or not like a normal person. What I hope from this treatment is that she right side can function normally. Because now you need help to clean after menstruation or after defecating, considering that the only thing that can be used normally is only the left hand, and even then it is not very active.
Female | 18
Your daughter's symptoms are typical of cerebral palsy which causes a lack of muscle coordination and also results in mobility problems. Those symptoms you named are the cause of an extra motor diagnostic test to be done, like hip reflexes to be tested, and a tossed foot drop. The most optimal way is physiotherapy to do work on muscle tone or strength and loosen tightness, to let your child move properly. In the case of consistent therapy, she will grow more independent and be able to use her muscles more easily so she can join you in activities.

Hello Sir, I have Andrealine rush problem, especially during morning hours. I used to take beta blockers for some other problem. They were very helpful in controlling andrealine rush and keeping mind relax. As I am not longer taking beta blockers can you suggest any alternative for andrealine rush problem. Thank you!
Male | 29
Stress, anxiety, or hormonal changes can cause hyperactivity. If beta-blockers aren’t available, practices like yoga, meditation, deep breathing, or light exercise can help. These methods calm both the mind and body, reducing adrenaline and promoting relaxation. For better results consult a neurologist.

Progressive myelopathy with no medication available has been diagnosed by a Neurologist. What are the options available for the treatment?
Bracing, physical therapy and medication are treatments for mild myelopathy and mainly reduce pain, allowing you to return to your daily activities. Nonsurgical treatment does not remove the compression. Spinal decompression surgery is a generally preferred treatment for myelopathy to relieve pressure on the spinal cord. A surgery can also be used to remove bone spurs or herniated discs if they are the cause of myelopathy. For advanced myelopathy caused by stenosis, a surgical procedure to increase the channel space of your spinal cord (laminoplasty) recommended. Consult a spinal surgeon - Spinal Surgery doctors in Mumbai, you can also search for a different city.

Male | 17
You may have a tension headache. This headache feels like a tight band around the head and can cause vomiting. Common causes for these headaches include stress and tension, poor sleeping habits, or eye strain from looking at screens too much. To alleviate your symptoms, you should take some non-prescription painkillers such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Additionally, get enough rest and drink plenty of water while trying relaxation methods like deep breathing exercises or light workouts. If they don’t go away or get worse it would be best if you visited your doctor so that he could give them proper attention.

Female | 24
Double vision can occur due to various reasons, such as nerve issues or infections. The results from the CT scan and MRI are important for the diagnosis, and the PET scan helps assess metabolic activity in the brain. While any infection is concerning, it does not always indicate a serious condition. It's essential to follow up with the neurologist to interpret these results and discuss further treatment options. They will guide you on the best pathway for recovery.

However I’m still having frequent seizures and cluster seizures so I’m looking to see if I could get an additional medication prescribed alongside the lamotrigine to support my symptoms and gain more control over my seizures.
Female | 26
It’s important to tell a neurologist about those symptoms again. Sometimes taking another medicine such as levetiracetam or valproate can help to bring seizures under control.
