It's unlikely that you are pregnant if there was no direct genital contact or ejaculation. Ovulation typically occurs about 14 days after the start of your last menstrual period, so your fertile window would be around mid-March. Without specific symptoms like missed periods, nausea, or breast tenderness, there may be no cause for concern. Your next menstruation is expected roughly four weeks after your last one, around late March. If you remain anxious or have questions, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist for personalized guidance and reassurance.

Got inflammation results in pap smear but not at all cancerous, then is it recommended to go for HPV vaccination
Female | 41
the best advice I can give you is to follow your gynecologist's instructions. You have to keep monitoring inflammation through regular clinic visits and your doctor should always be consulted in case of any abnormalities. Even though the inflammation itself may not be cancerous, it could still be the product of HPV, which, in turn, is linked to cancer. In case you have not yet received the HPV vaccine, you may suggest taking it as a preventative measure.

In this february, I suddenly missed the period. My thyroid is normal. My usg uterus report is also normal..i am not pregnant. I gained weight 15 kg. What is the reason??
Female | 26
Not having your period when you're not expecting can occur for various reasons. One common factor is weight gain, especially significant like 15 kg. Rapid weight increase sometimes disrupts hormones causing irregular periods. Maintaining a healthy weight through a proper diet and exercise is key. If irregular periods persist, consulting a gynecologist for evaluation is wise.

I am 25 year old female . I have indulge in unprotected sex last week. 25th was my periods date but this month i didn't get my periods and in today morning i observed that i have pure white and tight discharge from my vagina. So i want to know what can i do now.
Female | 25
It sounds like you may have a yeast infection. If you have an infection, you may not get your period as a result of a hormonal imbalance. Yeast infections are often accompanied by white discharge. For relief, try using over-the-counter antifungal creams or pills. To avoid further infections, always practice safe sex from now on.

2 month 6 day se mera period nhi aya hai kya problem ho sakti h
Female | 25
Missing a period of 2 months and 6 days can be caused by many different reasons. The classic cause is being stressed. Living in constant anxiety or overthinking can make one's menstrual cycle go off track. Among other reasons, hormonal imbalances, excessive exercise, or weight changes can be the causes of the problem. To deal with this, you should try to manage stress by practicing relaxation techniques and eating healthily. If the issues continue, you should consult with a gynecologist.

I have a irregular periods issue And my vagina is smelly I don't understand why happening with me
Female | 20
Irregular periods might be due to various reasons such as hormonal changes, stress, or lifestyle factors. A strong smell might be an infection, a lack of equilibrium, or poor personal hygiene. Thus, personal hygiene and the choice of air-permeable clothing can be used to moderate such discomforts. In case a person is on a weight loss diet, it’s recommended to ask for help from a licensed dietitian before starting the diet. Still, it's crucial to get professional treatment if the problem persists or becomes worse, as only a gynecologist can give you an accurate diagnosis and suggest proper treatment options. You can talk to your pharmacist for an overall overview of your medications.

Had protected sex during ovulation took p2 following day, 10 days now nausea, abdominal pain, headache, bachache, stabbing pain above navel, fatigue
Female | 22
You're dealing with unwanted effects after emergency contraception. Nausea, stomach cramps, headaches, backaches, stabbing above the belly button, and exhaustion can come with the pill. It changes hormones in your body, leading to these issues. Try resting, drinking water, and eating light foods. But if problems persist or worsen, see a gynecologist.

I had some doubt that I'm pregnant or not and I have hyperthyroidism 35days period cycle it's been 37days and i have tested pregnancy test it had mild line..I'm pregnant or not
Female | 23
Perhaps the late menstrual period and the faint line on the pregnancy test indicate pregnancy, yet this is not final evidence. Hyperthyroidism may affect the period, as well as hormone levels, which could lead to inconsistencies. I strongly suggest that you re-take the pregnancy test after a few days for more accurate results. Besides that, you are recommended to see a gynecologist and look at your symptoms, other tests that might be needed, and how the condition of the thyroid gland can be related to your special case.

Female | 24
Sometimes, stress or hormonal changes can delay your period. Milky white discharge is normal, but if there's a lot, it could be a sign of infection. Cramps and backache are common PMS symptoms. If your pregnancy test is negative, try to relax and stay hydrated. If your period still doesn't come, it's best to see a gynecologist.

I am a 21 year old female. I had unprotected sex during my periods. A few days later after the period got over, I am having brown spotting. What can be the reason for this? Any chance it might be pregnancy?
Female | 22
If you experience brown spotting, it could be due to short-term discharges of blood that were not completely shed during your period, or because you have hormones. Occasionally, such a situation could be attributed to some hormonal problems or it may also indicate pregnancy, though it is rather rare among pregnant ladies. You might want to use a pregnancy kit and check if your worries are unfounded. Wait and see if the problem goes on or if there are any other signs, then the best solution is to discuss the situation with the gynecologist to get a well-informed decision.

I have missed my periods I m very much concer about it what to do
Female | 39
Missing periods may feel concerning, and many factors could contribute. Stress, hormones fluctuating, intense exercise, rapid weight shifts – these might disrupt the cycle. Certain conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) are known to affect menstruation too. It helps to note any symptoms and consult a gynecologist for advice. But try not to worry excessively, as irregular periods are quite common and addressable with proper care.

My periods are due after 19 days of intercouse and I took urine pregnancy test on 14th day after intercourse. Is this test consider accurate? Is there any need to take another test if my periods are late because I took levenogestrel also after the sexual activity
Female | 25
A urine pregnancy test is generally accurate around the time of your expected period, but testing too early may lead to uncertain results. Since you took levonorgestrel, which is an emergency contraceptive, it can affect your menstrual cycle and possibly delay your period. If your menstruation does not arrive, consider taking another test a few days later for clarity. Always feel free to reach out to a gynecologist for personalized advice, especially if you have concerns about your cycle or any symptoms you may be experiencing.

It sounds like you've been through quite a bit lately with the changes in your menstrual cycle and subsequent pain. It’s common to experience some discomfort after a cycle and following medication. The pelvic pain you're noticing could be due to various benign reasons, such as hormonal changes or muscle strain. It's encouraging that your ultrasound and TVS results were normal. However, if the pain persists or worsens, it’s advisable to consult your gynecologist. They can offer personalized guidance and reassurance based on your specific situation.

I am 28 female. I had no periods from November 2023 to january 2024. I consulted a gynaecologist for the treatment. I have PCOD and weigh 75. I am tring to loose weight. Currently I am on Harmoni F (which I should take on the 5th day of my period)medication. But now i have 2 days of period and it had stopped. What should i do. Should I take regestrone (prescribed by gynaecologist to take to induce period)?
Female | 28
It is normal for women with PCOD to have irregular periods. However, if you have only been menstruating for two days after commencing treatment with Harmoni F, then there is no cause for alarm. Your system might require some time to get used to this medicine. In such situations, Regestrone is usually prescribed for inducing menses. Additionally, concentrate on eating balanced meals and engaging in physical activities to lose weight because it can aid in controlling PCOD signs.
