Could I Be Pregnant Despite Negative Tests and Periods?

Hello. Please answer me and give clarity. I'm in a helpless situation. On oct 24th there was an intercourse which includes no vaginal penetration ,no ejaculation,no direct contact of penis and vagina but it includes rubbing of penis around anal region. I can say the penis was dry . After that on Nov 8th or 9th she got her periods with normal flow. And again on Dec 6th she got her periods. On Dec 27th she did a urine pregnancy test out of my curiosity and it showed clear negative. Again on Jan 3rd she had periods which seemed to be normal flow and lasted for 3 days . Is there still any chance of pregnancy in this case. I'm soo worried by seeing the a of internet articles where a women did not noticed her pregnancy upto 6 months and some said they had bleeding during their pregnency. Plz help me.

It's understandable to feel anxious, but the likelihood of pregnancy in your situation is extremely low. Since there has been no vaginal penetration, ejaculation, and she has had regular menstrual cycles and a negative pregnancy test, it’s very unlikely she is pregnant. Menstrual bleeding can occur even in early pregnancy, but consistent regular periods and a negative test are reassuring signs. If you still have concerns, it may be beneficial to consult a healthcare professional for further clarity. They can provide personalized advice and support. Remember, it's important to communicate openly about your worries.

Please opine how to proceed regarding the following Gyencologist MRI with Gadolinium report: Technique: MRI pelvis with IV contrast. Comparison: No previous similar study. Findings: The uterus is enlarged and retroverted, measuring 9.3 x 9 x 8.3 cm. there are 3 subserosal pedunculated fibroids, the largest arising from the anterior fundal region measuring 5.6 x 6.2 x 7.2 cm, the second lesion seen arising from the left lower uterine/cervix junction measuring 5.5 x 4.5 x 4 cm and the third fibroid seen at the right lower uterine/cervix junction measuring 4.7 x 2.5 x 2.3 cm. There are multiple intramural fibroids, around 6 lesions, the largest seen at the left fundal region measuring 2.7 x 2.7 x 2.7 cm and the second largest lesion seen at the right fundal region measuring 3 x 2.7 x 3.4 cm. These fibroids demonstrate low T2 signal intensity without diffusion restriction. Postcontrast demonstrate hypoenhancement relative to the myometrium. The endometrium measuring 0.8 cm in thickness and junctional zone measuring 0.7 cm in thickness. There is posterior fundal illdefined focal subserosal lesion measuring 4.4 x 2.8 x 2.8 cm with an ill￾defined margins and intermediate low T2 signal intensity in addition to internal subcentimeter tiny foci of T2 hyperintensities could represent adenomyoma. Both ovaries are  unremarkable and containing a few follicles.  No ascites or enlarged lymph nodes. The rectosigmoid junction is compressed by the  enlarged uterus. Trace pelvic free fluid noted,  likely physiologic. Urinary bladder is moderately compressed anteriorly.

I had sex after the 6th day of my cycle and then took an I-pill after 72 hr of sex but now I am 7 days late. Am I pregnant??

Female | 24

Getting late periods does not always signal pregnancy, so don't worry. The emergency contraceptive pill can disrupt your menstrual cycle, causing delays. Stress, illness, weight fluctuations - these factors impact periods too. If still concerned, take a pregnancy test at home for reassurance.

if i had unprotected sex over 48 hours ago but missed my mini pill today shoukd i take emergency contraception

Female | 19

Not taking one mini-pill and having unprotected sex may greatly increase the chance of getting pregnant. Within 48 hours is the best time to use emergency contraception. Emergency contraception acts by stopping or delaying ovulation in the body. If you're uncertain about pregnancy, taking emergency contraception would be the best way to lower the chances.
