Headaches can come from many different things. Sometimes it’s because you’re thirsty or you haven’t had enough to eat. Being stressed out or looking at screens for too long can also give you a headache. Drink some water, have a healthy snack, and take a break from screens. If the headache doesn't go away, seek medical help.

I am located in Tanzania. I have ruptured my Achilles tendon. I know I need to have surgery. My concern is I have no feeling in the bottom of my foot, the doctors here want to do the tendon surgery and are saying the damaged nerves may repair themselves. I don't know if that is true or if I should have a neurosurgeon do the surgery.
Female | 51
The nerves that are damaged could heal by themselves with time but it is advisable to seek guidance from a specialist on how best to handle this situation. If you don't want to go ahead with surgery, have a second opinion from a neurosurgeon and based on that take the decision right for you.

Lacosamide tablets BP and lacosamide tablets Ph. Eur. are essentially the same, with the only difference being how they are approved for use in different countries. It seems like you may have some symptoms which could mean many things. Pain everywhere, feeling bad a lot, always being worn out, and sweating at night are all signs of different illnesses. A virus infection might be one cause but so could an immune system disorder or even just stress alone. You need to see a doctor so that they can find out what is going on with you exactly--and then give feedback that is helpful for treating whatever this turns out to be.
