Answered on 2nd Dec '24
You may have a cold or flu. In case of the cold, after your body temperature has risen you may feel that you are feverish. Coughing and nausea may include symptoms also. It's all the body's defensive mechanisms that are at work because the immune system is under attack by viruses and bacteria. Relaxing drinking water, and eating fresh foods can also speed up recovery.

The symptoms you experience, such as gas in the stomach and toothache, can be related to each other in some cases. For gas, some medications such as simethicone, more fiber-infused foods in your meal, and a proper amount of water, can help ease the symptoms. Your toothache might be due to different reasons, for example, cavity or gum issue, which you have to get checked by a dentist. Do not be afraid to talk with the doctor, who can have a proper treatment and guide you.

We have consulted him in Manglore hospital and currently we are giving these tablets...he is improving but very gradually. I feel he is lacking many of the nutrients due to which this is happening.Could you please check. Urosocol 150 Evion 450 Sompraz 40 Cardivas 3.125 Laslilactone 50

It appears that after consuming alcohol, your father may have difficulty reacting and responding too slowly. This could be because his drinking depletes nutrients from his body. Although the pills can help, it is essential for him to also take a lot of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains which are full of vitamins and minerals that promote recovery.

According to the information you have given, it appears that you might have symptoms such as too much gas and bowel sounds. These could result from different things including what you eat and drink habitually, problems with digestion or even tension. Make sure you take your time when eating; stay away from food items that make one gassy plus drink enough water. In case this doesn’t help then it would be wise to see a gastroenterologist for further assessment.

Female | 45
You could be experiencing what is known as gastrointestinal bleeding. The blood in stool may come from various causes such as piles or inflammation. This incomplete bowel movement might be what’s making you feel uncomfortable and not fully relieving yourself. If there’s pain in the lower part of your tummy, it could signal something wrong with the intestines. An anal fissure could cause the pain radiating from your spine to the anus. Weakness in legs might occur too. Your stools looking powder-like when dissolved in water points to a potential digestive issue. It's crucial to see a gastroenterologist for proper evaluation and treatment to manage these symptoms.

Ate dinner around 10pm, woke up around 3 am out of sleep with excruciating stomach pain. Tried to sit on my knees in bed and it was hard to move with the level of pain. 8/10 pain. About 30 seconds later I feel overwhelming nausea and intense sweating. Went to the bathroom thinking I might need to pass a bowel because I had gas before going to bed but nothing. Pain is extremely intense and I vomit 3 times. I have laid back down but the stomach pain has transpired to all of my lower abdomen, and dull, ache in my anus as well. I am drinking water, using a hot pad, and pillow between my knees as it eases the pressure on my stomach. Might be unnecessary information but I did cough at one point and it felt like my anus pushed out?? Almost like a prolapse it hurt so bad
Female | 24
It sounds like you're experiencing significant abdominal discomfort, potentially due to indigestion, gas buildup, or another gastrointestinal issue. Nausea, sweating, and vomiting can result from pain and discomfort. While using a hot pad and maintaining hydration is great for comfort, it's essential to seek medical attention, especially since your pain level is high and has spread. A gastroenterologist can evaluate your symptoms and provide appropriate treatment. If your symptoms worsen or persist, please don't hesitate to reach out for help.

Female | 56
Sodium bicarbonate is a remedy that can help reduce pain such as heartburn or stomach acid reflux by neutralizing acid in the stomach. The most undoubted relief that can be obtained by consuming the prescribed tablets is three times daily, either with meals or in the event of discomfort. Swallow the pills with a full glass of water; the maximum allowed dosage should not be exceeded. Common causes of acid reflux include particular foods, overeating, or excitement. In case symptoms last or get worse, please refer to your gastroenterologist.

Your mother might have suffered from an extreme allergic reaction to the pill she took after dinner. An allergy can be followed by a few different symptoms such as, for instance, shortness of breath, swelling, and low blood pressure. Stop the medicine, and inform her doctor at once. They can suggest a drug, which would not lead to such reactions.
