Good evening Doc! I would like to ask questions about getting pregnant, because yesterday me and my boyfriend did some deed. When i did oral sex to him, he came and then we sanitized it using sanitizer, but he licked the remaining cum then after we kissed and he did oral sex to my vagina, is there a chance of getting pregnant? if ever what should we do to stop and avoid pregnancy? And can sperm penetrate on clothes? And can sanitizer kill sperm?

There may be a chance in case sperm came in contact with the vagina directly.. Kindly consult a professional gynecologist for a urine test or blood test to confirm pregnancy.

Pain in intimate area and itching..its frm last 8-9 days.
Female | 18
There is a chance of it being a yeast infection which is a very common reason for this. Other causes of this could be soap, washing powders, and tight clothes. Light clothes and mild soaps are very helpful. Over-the-counter antifungal creams can be very effective if you have a yeast infection. If the symptoms still continue, then consult a gynecologist for further diagnosis and treatment.

I have been suffering from period irregularities for which I have seen a doctor now I have come to know about the prescription contains a medicine tx acid which is usually taken for the purpose of heavy periods but that is not the problem with me i am really concerned about it. Since it can reduce the period flow.
Female | 40
Irregular periods can stem from various factors including stress, hormonal imbalances, or lifestyle changes. The medication you mentioned is often prescribed to help manage heavy bleeding, but it can also regulate your cycle. It's important to discuss your specific symptoms openly with your doctor, as they can modify your treatment plan based on your needs. If you feel uncertain about the medication, reaching out to your gynecologist for clarity and reassurance is a great step. Your well-being is a priority, and personalized care is essential.

I have too small belly in 17 week of pregnancy
Female | 20
Toward the middle of the pregnancy, a smaller belly at 17 weeks might trouble you. If a belly is small, it can be because of the baby’s position, the way your body is holding the baby, or many other reasons. In the majority of cases, it's not a big deal when your health conditions are within normal limits. Continue to eat well and go to all of your pregnancy medical check-ins to ensure that you and your baby are healthy.

I had my period on 27th October and had sex on 2nd Nov(7th day of my period and I was clear on that day) and took ipill on the same day .after 4 days today I had my bleeding again 7th Nov. So am I pregnant or is this normal period?
Female | 22
Considering that you had sex on the 7^{th} day of your menstrual cycle and took an oral emergency contraceptive, it is highly unlikely for one to be pregnant. Bleeding after taking an emergency contraceptive pill is normal; it occurs because your body reacts to the increased dosage of hormones in the tablet. Nevertheless, if you have any apprehensions or develop any weird symptoms seek a gynecologist for accurate diagnosis.

Can i take delivate plus instead of folic acid tablet in my first trimster pregnency
Female | 35
Consult a healthcare professional before replacing a folic acid tablet with "Delivate Plus" during your first trimester of pregnancy. Folic acid is essential for preventing birth defects. Your gynecologist can advise on the right folic acid dosage and whether "Delivate Plus" is a suitable alternative for you.

I have certain Gynecological problems and backache and Migraine with dizziness l am 20 yrs old
Female | 20
The gynecological problems could be the ones that cause pain or period irregularities. Backaches may be caused by bad posture or muscle strain. Migraines with dizziness might come from the stress of work or a lack of sleep. To feel better, do some gentle stretching for your back, drink more water, and get regular sleep. If the symptoms don't improve, it is important to seek help from a gynecologist.

Can I conceive at the age of 43
Female | 43
Getting pregnant at 43 might require some effort, but isn't impossible. Fertility decreases with age, so conceiving gets harder. Irregular periods or hot flashes could signal fertility changes. This happens because egg quantity and quality decline over time. Fertility treatments like IVF might help boost the chances of pregnancy. Consulting a fertility specialist can provide further guidance on available options.

I am 22 year old merko 19 jan ko period aane the abhi tk ni aaye or koi cramps feel ni hore jo period m hote the
Female | 22
It's understandable to be concerned about a missed period. Various factors can influence menstrual cycles, such as stress, changes in weight, hormonal imbalances, or lifestyle shifts. Sometimes, irregularities can occur without any significant reason. Since you're not experiencing typical cramps, it might be a sign of hormonal changes. I recommend doing a home pregnancy test if there's any possibility of pregnancy. Regardless, if your period doesn't arrive soon or if you have other concerns, it’s a good idea to consult with a gynecologist. They can provide guidance tailored to your situation and help ensure your well-being.

I’m 3 days late for my period and I had sex 6 days ago, what are the chances of getting pregnant?
Female | 19
Being a few days late with your period could mean pregnancy if unprotected sex occurred. Fatigue, nausea, sore breasts may be early signs. Take a home pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy. Consult a gynecologist for guidance regarding a potential pregnancy.

Hi I was tested home pregnency 2 days ago its showing posotive..... Two im getting bleeding im totaly confused its period or not?
Female | 27
Taking a positive home pregnancy test means that you might be pregnant, but some bleeding may occur during the early weeks of pregnancy, which can be caused by the implantation of the fertilized egg into the wall of the uterus or may also be due to other factors. It is vital to monitor your symptoms closely. If you are experiencing heavy bleeding along with severe pain or the presence of the concerns you have, please go to a gynecologist without any delay. They can provide you with the right information and moral support.

I missed my period for the last 4 months, did a usg test, report attached, and took divery 10mg (two strips completed) recommended by a local doctor, but it did not work, I already did a pregnancy kit test, its negative, thyroid test reports are normal, please suggest me some medicine, it will very helpful for me
Female | 21
Missing menstrual cycles for 4 months is concerning. However, the negative pregnancy test and normal thyroid results are reassuring. Irregular periods can occur due to stress, significant weight fluctuations, or hormonal imbalances. Consult a gynecologist for a thorough assessment. They may prescribe medications to help regulate your menstrual cycle. There's no need to worry excessively, as this issue is treatable with proper medical guidance.

I recently had an abortion due to unhealthy pregnancy and I have taken medicine on 11may.so can i have sex with condom.is there any risk or its safe
Female | 26
When you have had a termination and taken some drugs, your body will need time to get better. It is important not to rush into having sex again too soon. Use a condom each time you have sex after an abortion to protect against infections. Take it easy and pay attention to your body’s signals – if something doesn’t feel right, stop. Talk to a doctor if there are any problems or if things don’t seem to be going back to normal.

I’m 19 years old female and my boyfriend and I have unprotected sex. I take emergency pills within 24hours and after 1 week I got my period but it only last for 1 day. When my period stopped, after 2 days I notice some light viginal bleeding.
Female | 19
The release of hormones can cause an unusual period after consuming an emergency pill, as hormones may alter your menstrual cycle. A day of menstruation and some light spotting is quite common. Stress and hormone levels are also major culprits of these changes. However, you should closely observe your symptoms. Whether it’s heavy and long bleeding or any other worrisome symptoms, it's better to seek your gynecologist's advice

I have cyst on my right ovary .how did I get it .and is it seriously problem?
Female | 26
Cysts are formed there sometimes without a justifiable reason. Hormonal changes or problems with the release of eggs are some of the causes of these cysts. They often disappear by themselves and do not cause problems. It is however important to see a gynecologist for advice on monitoring or treatment if you have pain, discomfort, bloating, or irregular periods.

Female | 24
It is quite common to have cramps and the first few days of the next pill pack are more difficult. However, if the pain is either severe or has persisted for days, it is better to make an appointment with a gynecologist to be diagnosed and/or directed properly.

Am 26 weeks pregnant and I have pain on my left side of the stomach going down on the vagina and I also have headache
Female | 23
You are feeling pain on your left tummy side that moves down to your vagina. You also have a headache. At 26 weeks pregnant, these could be signs of round ligament pain on the left as your baby grows. This pain can spread down to the vaginal area. Headaches during pregnancy sometimes happen because of changing hormones and more blood flow. Stay hydrated and rest when tired. But if the pain is bad or you have other worries, be sure to call your gynecologist for a check.

I had sex a week back and took unwanted 72 the same day. I was feeling a little burning sensation so l applied candid v gel today and now I am spotting blood a little.
Female | 23
You may be having some irritation in your intimate area. The burning sensation and the spotting of blood could be the result of the Unwanted 72 pill and the Candid V gel you used. The spotting could be the effect of hormonal fluctuations in your body. It's best to avoid using any more products in that area and let your body heal naturally. If the symptoms do not go away or worsen, consult a gynecologist.
