Should I be concerned about dilated fallopian tube with cyst and elevated HE4?
Hello, I am 31 year old female, about a month ago during my gynecologist exam, they found that my fallopian tube is dilated and I have a sactosalpynx or a cyst, they are not sure. They ordered more tests - cervical screening and CA125 and HE4. Cervical screening shows epithelial cells and lots of gram positive bacilli. CA125 is normal, while HE4 is elevated. I have a check up in two weeks but I was wondering should I be concerned?

I would recommend you make an appointment with an ob-gyn who focuses on the female reproductive system health and fertility disorders. Tubes blocked, lining thickened and cysts are some of the conditions that are indicated by fallopian tube dilation such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, or hydrosalpinx.

Already 15 days over still periods not done even pregnancy test also coming negative now what we do
Female | 25
Periods can be delayed. Don't worry immediately. There are various causes - stress impacts hormones. If pregnancy tests show negative results, it's likely not pregnancy-related. Weight fluctuations or medications influence your cycle too. Consult a gynecologist who'll pinpoint reasons for this irregularity.

Bulky uterus , increased vascularity in parenchyma, posterior myometrium shows heterogeneous echogenicity.
Female | 36
It seems that this individual has a large uterus with increased vascularity in her parenchyma. Furthermore, the posterior myometrium demonstrates inhomogeneous echogenicity. These results indicate adenomyosis or fibroids may be the case. For further evaluation and management, it is advised to seek help from a gynecologist or specialist in reproductive medicine.

I had unprotected sex on 16th sep then after that on 18th sep I got increased white vaginal discharge, I had low BP as pulse rate gets high, feels not to eat and on 21st sep I started new pack of hormonal birth control pills regularly for 1 week in which I had vomiting after 14 hrs then I went to gynecologist for increased vaginal discharge, I took medicine she gave and got relieved from the health issues. But now my period was on 7th oct but I didn't get them I waited for one day on next day I had very light spotting of brown colour blood which on 10th October increased to spotting of red colour accompanied with severe leg pain and cramps.
Female | 21
I think the vaginal discharge and the menstrual cycle changes you experience were caused by the hormonal birth control pills you started recently. It has been said that these pills can cause irregular bleeding and changes in discharge. The spotting of brown and red blood could be reinforced by hormonal changes termed breakthrough bleeding. The leg pain and cramps which are severe might be related to your menstrual cycle or could be a side effect of the pills. The good thing is that you visited your gynecologist to seek help. However, getting medical advice for further evaluation is essential if the symptoms persist or worsen.

The first day of my last period was April 1st and my expected ovulation date was April 17th. I had sex on the 13th/14th and took plan B in the morning of the 14th; I had sex again on the 19th/20th and took plan B on the morning of the 20th and I had sex on the 28th and took the plan B immediately. I am not on any contraceptive medication and my partner pulled out before ejaculating - so he said. I washed up immediately and took the pills. My period is late now and I don’t want to be pregnant. I have take about 6 pregnancy test and they were all negative, not even a faint line of positive which is relieve. But my period is a day late and I’m worried. I took a test this morning and it was still negative. I feel tired, bloated, heightened smell, and I urinate frequently. What do I do?
Female | 26
These signs can mean your hormone levels changed. Stress or being anxious can also make you feel this way. It's good your pregnancy tests were negative - you're likely not pregnant. Your period may be late because of stress, life changes, or hormone shifts. Keep track of how you feel. If your period still doesn't come in a few days, see a gynecologist.

I have a prolonged period (20 days)
Female | 19
There can be many reasons for this. Your hormones might be off balance. Stress can cause it too. Some medical issues can make this happen as well. Pay attention if you feel tired or have bad pain. Drink lots of water. Get enough rest. Eat good food. If this keeps happening or you feel sick, see a gynecologist.

I am 23 years. Am having viginal pain, discomfort and alot of yellow watery discharge a day after having sexual intercourse with my partner. What should I do?
Female | 23
You say bacterial vaginosis is a vaginal infection you are having. This can be the case after sex sometimes. The symptoms you told me, such as vaginal pain, discomfort, and yellow discharge, are the typical signs of this infection. Bacterial vaginosis is commonly treated with medicines. A gynecologist should give the prescription, so it is important to go to the doctor or clinic for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

I am 27 year female and my periods are regular but for only 2 days with no clot no pain no cramps Is this a concern??
Female | 27
It's good that your periods are regular, but having a flow for only 2 days could sometimes indicate a hormonal imbalance or other underlying issues. It's best to consult a gynecologist to ensure everything is normal. Regular check-ups can help address any potential concerns early.

Pregnancy problem 6 months complete of my marriage life I am trying to convince but harr month period aa jata hai
Female | 23
It's a common thing to get your period every month, even if you want to have a baby. If the periods keep coming and you're finding it hard to get pregnant, it might be due to issues with your hormones or your eggs not being released regularly. Sometimes stress or weight changes can also play a part. Eat healthy, stay active, and relax. If it's been a while and you still can't get pregnant, it might be a good idea to check in with a gynecologist to make sure everything's okay.

Spotting, or light vaginal bleeding, can be caused by a variety of factors. In your case, since you have PCOS, irregular periods could be causing the spotting. Myometrium: inhomogeneous appearing Endometrium: heterogenous in appearance. Endometrial thickness, total 5.9 mm What do these results mean
Female | 27
The data you have provided suggests that you could have some alterations in the structure of your uterus wall and the lining. This can be caused by hormonal changes or inflection. The irregularity in the appearance can sometimes be the reason for symptoms such as abnormal bleeding or pain. It is important to discuss these results with a gynecologist for more evaluation and the right treatment.

After years of having sex, suddenly Everytime I try to during intercourse I get a very strong burning sensation and can’t continue. It’s been a year now with the same exact thing.. I don’t have ANY other symptoms. I just want to know why I can’t have intercourse anymore? Thank you
Female | 23
It's possible that you may be experiencing a condition called dyspareunia, which is pain or discomfort during intercourse. It happens due to vaginal dryness, infections or hormonal changes. It could also be a vaginal infection, such as yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis, which can cause inflammation and irritation in the vaginal area. Even stress or anxiety or certain medications can cause irritation. Just consult with an obstetrician/gynecologist or a urologist, to properly diagnose and treat your symptoms. This can be treated with medications, hormone therapy, or physical therapy.

Blood in urine one while early pregancy is normal ?
Female | 22
Blood in your urine during early pregnancy might be a bit scary for you, but it is not uncommon for women. It might be caused by going into the kidneys due to increased blood flow or possibly because of the changes in hormones. In case you notice blood in the urine or it is pink, without hesitation, inform your gynecologist.

I'm facing vaginal inflammation after peeing I'm 25 years old how can i cure it
Female | 25
The inflammation in your vaginal area after peeing has some possible reasons. A yeast infection or urinary tract infection (UTI) could cause it. If you feel a burning sensation when peeing or have unusual discharge, it may be a UTI. Water and cranberry juice might help with UTIs. Over-the-counter antifungal creams can treat yeast infections. Wear cotton underwear and avoid perfumed products for good hygiene. See a gynecologist if symptoms persist or worsen.

Hi I am tired exhausted my headspin when I go out in the sun feels dizzy restless my heart beat faster I am in end of second trimester
Female | 23
Are you feeling exhausted, lightheaded, and restless in the sunshine during your second trimester? Your heart racing could be a sign that you need more rest, or you might be dehydrated or have low iron. These symptoms are common for pregnant women. Make sure to drink plenty of water, eat healthy meals, and take breaks from being outdoors. If the symptoms persist or worsen, talk to your gynecologist.

"Doctor, mujhe kuch pregnancy-related symptoms feel ho rahe hain, jaise breast mein lump ka nikalna aur menstrual cycle mein kuch changes. Maine aaj pregnancy test kiya, lekin result negative aaya hai. Kya ye symptoms kisi aur health issue ki wajah se ho sakte hain? Kya mujhe koi aur tests ya investigations karne ki zarurat hai?"
Female | 27
It’s good that you took a pregnancy test, although if it is negative, these symptoms might occur for some other reason along with pregnancy. Breast lumps and period delays can sometimes only be signs of hormonal changes resulting from infections and cysts. It is a good idea to go to a gynecologist who will do a physical examination and request further tests, such as an ultrasound or blood work, to find out what is happening.
