Answered on 26th Aug '24
It's a common thing to get your period every month, even if you want to have a baby. If the periods keep coming and you're finding it hard to get pregnant, it might be due to issues with your hormones or your eggs not being released regularly. Sometimes stress or weight changes can also play a part. Eat healthy, stay active, and relax. If it's been a while and you still can't get pregnant, it might be a good idea to check in with a gynecologist to make sure everything's okay.

Can one become pregnant after removing one ovary and uterus?
स्त्री | 40
Getting pregnant after having an ovary and uterus removed isn't simple. But there's still hope. Your remaining ovary releases eggs, and you can conceive. However, removing your uterus means there's nowhere for a fertilized egg to grow. If pregnancy is your goal, it's crucial to consult a fertility specialist. They'll help you understand options and the best path forward.

I have irregular periods problem, done with the scanning yesterday, uterus is gravid I got in reports,4yrs back I got to know in scanning that I have bubbles near uterus.Want to know more about this.
Female | 23
You may have a condition called fetal myoma, the non-cancerous growth in the uterus. They can cause such symptoms as irregular periods as well as pelvic pain. These bubbles close to the uterus might be those fibroids. Treatment options comprise taking medication or performing procedures to shrink or even take away the fibroids. You must talk to a gynecologist about these findings and treatment options.

What happen if precum rubbing on outside of the vigina. a girl can pregnant or not
Female | 18
Precum sometimes carries sperm; if it touches the vaginal area, pregnancy may occur. Cleaning the area after contact helps too. A small chance exists, so taking precautions is wise. Though unlikely, that pre-ejaculate fluid could lead to conception. Protection and hygiene minimize the risk effectively.

Hi doctors i m 7 weeks pregnant and i wanted to abort this pregnancy.i decided to abort it on 7 of May so should i start taking mifepristone from now on or should i take it on 7 itself and what will be doses of mifepristone and misopristone?

If you want to end a pregnancy at seven weeks, you should start the process on May 7th. First, you will take a pill called mifepristone. This is usually one dose. Next, you will take another pill called misoprostol to finish the procedure. Your gynecologist will tell you how much of each pill to take. You may have cramps and bleeding, which is normal.

I am a 22 year old female. I am pregnant with my first baby. I'm in my first trimester, week 5 and 1 day. I just want to know is cramping normal?
Female | 22
Cramps in early pregnancy are usual, specifically during the initial trimester. Major bodily shifts occur, making space for the baby, causing mild crampiness. You may also experience bloating or slight spotting. Stay hydrated and restful. However, if severe cramps or heavy bleeding arise, consult your gynecologist.

Female | 21
Your concerns about vaginal discharge and cramps may indicate potential issues. These symptoms are often related to hormonal changes, stress, or an infection. Yeast infections are a common cause of these symptoms. To ease discomfort, try wearing breathable cotton underwear, avoiding scented products, and practicing good hygiene. However, if the symptoms persist despite these self-care measures, it's important to visit a gynecologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

I have been taking birth control pills to stop my period, which was due on the 23rd of March. I am still taking the pills to stop my period because I had an even to attend. I will no longer be taking the pills starting tomorrow. I did have unprotected sex on the 15th of March. I have been experiencing cramping at the bottom of my belly, tender breasts, and nausea. I took a pregnancy test today and it came back negative. My question : Is it possible that I am actually pregnant and it is just too early to show on a home test ?
Female | 26
Testing early for pregnancy can give incorrect results sometimes. Cramping, breast tenderness, and nausea may be signs you're expecting. These happen due to hormonal changes inside your body. If you miss your period in the coming days, try taking another test again for a clearer answer.

I was a virgin until May 5, 2024. My partner and i tried to have sex, but in his words, he never came at the same time he did not have precum. He also said that he did not put it in all the way. (Before i continue, a little back story, i have this 21 hormonal pill pack. I know we have the 21 and the 28 pack. I have the 21. I use this pack to regulate my period since i have PCOS also prescribed by my doctor. Though for the past few months feb-may i should be off my pills to see if my period regulated again ordered by my doctor. I had no period on feb and march but did on april.) After 2 hrs of unprotected sex, i took 1 pill from the 21 pill pack that i have. Then 4 days later i took 5 pills for 5 consecutive days. Then stopped after the 5 days. (Back story: in the 21 pill pack, you have a 7 day break to wait to get your period. Sometimes it comes within the 7 days. Sometimes it comes after the 7 days. After the 7 day break you have to restart and take a pill and continue for 20 more days as said in the instructions. With period or not). So the 5 days were May 10,11,12,13,14. On May 22 i got my period. When i checked the calendar i realized there was a 7 day break in between before i got my period. My period started on May 22 and ended on May 26. And i know it was my period because, it looked like my period everytime i get it. Dark red blood, blood clots, lasted 3-5 days, abdominal cramps with matching lower back pain, bleeding through my pad. Smelled like my period everytime i get it. Questions: 1. Is there a possibility for pregnancy? 2. Did i mess up my hormones? 3. Did i mess up my PCOS? 4. How is it possible that i took 5 pills from a 21 pill pack had the 7 day break and had my period?
Female | 24
There isn’t much of a chance that you’re pregnant. Your partner didn’t ejaculate, and there wasn’t any pre-cum. Also, your period came on time. If you take extra pills or have breaks in your pack, it can sometimes affect your hormones. However, only making this kind of short-term change may not result in long-term problems. Getting your period after taking 5 pills and then going off them could have caused some hormonal changes but if eventually things evened out when it came back.

You have vaginal candiasis plus bacterial vaginosis. Doing following things can help you:
- Take tab Fas3 kit, which also contains all the information regarding how to take the medicine.
- Insert candid CL vaginal pessary in your vagina at night for 3 nights.
- Also take tab fluconazole 150 mg every Sunday for next 6 Sundays.
- This kit also has to be taken by your partner
Regarding UTI treatment you need to check your urine routine microscopy test:
- Go to lab, they will give you a sterile container.
- Wash your private parts with soap and water, separate your labial skin with your hand and let a very sparse amount of your initial urine drain away, then within that flow of urine itself, you collect the remaining fluid in the bottle and give for testing.
- Till the time the report comes, you can start syp cital 2 caps in one glass of water three times a day.
- Also take novefos Satchet 3 gm in one glass of water stat, no further dose of this satchet.
- Once this infection settles down, you can contact me or any other gynecologist for vaginal dryness, this page can help you find relevant doctors to look out for - Gynecologists in Mumbai. Let the clinicspots team know if your city is different, or you can consult me as well.

I am 17 years old and I recently learned about sex education I was so excited to feel how does sex feels . So I inserted a bathroom whiper in my vagina and I came to know that because of this my hymen broken as I could see some blood on the whiper . I am so stressed that what will I tell to my future husband about how my hymen broke . So is there any way if I can grow my hymen back . I just a really small stain of blood so is there any chance that my hymen is not fully broken and it can regrow on its own ?
Female | 17
Sometimes the cause of the hymen breaking can be due to different factors such as exercise, tampon use, or simply natural growth. Once shattered, a hymen can never grow back.

1 am 24 years old lady, who is having breast discharge when ever my breast is touch or press ,and am also having vaginal dryness
Female | 24
Hormonal shifts may be the reason for breast discharge when squeezed as well as dryness in the vagina. If a person has too much prolactin hormone, they can have nipple fluid, while low levels of estrogen might cause a lack of moisture down there. It’s advisable to see a gynecologist for further investigation and appropriate treatment if these signs worry you.
