Could I Be Pregnant If My Menstrual Cycle Is Late?
Hello, I am 32 year old, I have 20-30 days regular cycle, but my last menstrual cycle was 32 days. I do not use any contraception, or alcohol or any medications. My last periods was on 5th Aug. My partner and I had unprotected sex on 9th and 11th day after first day of my last period (i.e 5th Aug). It is my 39th day of cycle today (i.e 12th Sept), I did not get my period. Home UPT is negative. Can I still be pregnant? Previous history of current medical complaint: I have been trying to get pregnant since an year but never missed a period this late. cycle usually fluctuates between 28-32 days. Current medication details: No History of medication for the same complaint: No lab tests done: AMH: 3.97 (Normal range: 0.176 - 11.705 ng/mL) T3 246 (Normal range: 175.0 - 354.0 PG/DL) FSH: 8.1 (Follicular 2.5-10.2 MIU/ML) LH: 2.5 (FOLLIC: 1.9-12.5mIU/ml)

If a home pregnancy test is negative, it's less likely you're in the first 28-32 days of a regular cycle. Delays can happen due to psychological, hormonal, or other factors. You can wait a few more days and retest. If your period still doesn't start, it’s a good idea to visit a gynecologist for further evaluation.
