Took 100mg Horny Goat Weed while pregnant. Solutions?
I’m pregnant and I took a supplement that has horny goat weed in it, around 100mg. What should I do? It has other ingredients like Muira Puama, Ginkgo Biloba and Maca Root. All these together with Horny Goat Weed make 900mg in one cube. I wanted to ask how this affects me?

Horny Goat Weed is a plant some folks use as a natural aid, but doctors advise not taking it while pregnant. It can maybe cause fast heart rate, dizziness, or even affect how your baby grows. If you used it, no need to panic, but tell your gynecologist right away so they can keep an eye on things and guide you.
