Should I worry about high ALT and AST levels?
Hello, i did some blood work yesterday, all other parameters came normal but some are out of range my ALT is 85,AST 62 BUN 4.9, i have anxiety issue since long, and some mild gas, should i worry about this?

I am 19 and I had surgery 8 days ago and had to go on oxy. i’ve stopped taking it about 4 days ago. For the past 8 days i haven’t been able to poop.
