How can I treat persistent facial skin issues effectively?
Hello I'm chandana from India and I'm 25 years old.I have been struggling with numerous facial skin issues, including dark spots, large open pores, pimples, wrinkles, fine lines, and marks, for the past nine years. Despite trying various products, nothing has proven effective. As a result, I am losing confidence in social situations, and I feel that people are not favorably inclined toward me. I seek a solution to these persistent problems.

I understand your concerns about facial skin issues. It's important to see a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. They can offer targeted solutions for dark spots, open pores, pimples, wrinkles, fine lines, and marks. A dermatologist may recommend treatments like chemical peels, laser therapy, or prescription medications. They will also help you establish a skincare routine suited to your skin type.

I had gyno at 13 in both breasts, now I am 18 years old,one breast is totally recovered but other one is still assymmetrical,it's nipple so assymmetrical, but pain and hardness in nipple is no more, now my concern is have I not infected by Klinefelter syndrom,I am so worry
Male | 18
It's great to hear that you've seen improvement in one breast. Some asymmetry can be normal, especially during development. Gynecomastia, which you've experienced, often resolves on its own. Klinefelter syndrome involves other symptoms like reduced testosterone or fertility issues, which you haven't mentioned. Since you no longer have pain or hardness, that's a positive sign. Nevertheless, if you’re concerned about any remaining asymmetry or other symptoms, I recommend consulting a plastic surgeon for personalized advice and reassurance. They can provide a thorough evaluation to address any worries you may have.

Male | 15
This spot could easily be a pimple or a skin irritation of a non-serious type. These spots may appear due to sweating, friction or blocked pores. Refrain from picking the spot to avoid getting an infection. If it continues or gets worse, do consult a dermatologist.

I had a scar on face slightly below the left eye. I want to know the procedure for scar removal/ laser treatment
Male | 25
Scars can result from acne, injury, independent surgical procedure, or pox. A dermatologist will be able to prescribe various solutions ranging from ointments, to injections, dermabrasion, chemical peel, laser and even surgery, to be able to treat it. Same will depend on the extent to which your scar is raised above your skin, or how dark it happens to be. While I think that CO2 laser or MNRF (Microneedling radiofrequency, a kind of cosmetic surgery) could help you, but no proper conclusion can be reached without prior consultation. Please refer to a dermatologist for this!

Under legs abscess problem plz suggestions any tube medicine
Male | 26
This is often caused by a bacterial infection in a hair follicle or sweat gland which gets infected. To heal it, you may need to consult a dermatologist. After removing it, they may also use an antibiotic cream or pills to get away from the infection. Please clean the area carefully and do not press or attempt to rupture the abscess yourself.

Hello I have nose Whitehead
Male | 25
It is typical for the nose to have whiteheads. These are the things that we, the people, call tiny white spots and that are the result of oil and dead skin cells that have clogged pores. Might be you just have oily skin or acne. Whereas a gentle cleanser will be enough to remove dirt from your face when you wash your face twice a day. Do not squeeze out the whiteheads to avoid infection. Non-comedogenic products should be used, and you may visit a dermatologist for more recommendations.

I have white spots on my face from past 2 months...And now new ones on hands..What is the cause of the same?
Female | 13
It sounds like you may have a skin condition called vitiligo. Vitiligo causes white patches to appear on the skin because the pigment cells stop working. It is not contagious or harmful, but it can cause worry or self-consciousness. There is no cure for vitiligo, but treatments like corticosteroid creams or light therapy may help. It's best to visit a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and management.

I had a blade injury four days ago…the wound become white colour…i havent consult a docter yet
Female | 26
A wound turning white may indicate the presence of fluid or a potential infection. Such changes can be caused by various factors, including inflammation or inadequate healing. It's crucial to keep the area clean and dry. I recommend gently cleaning the wound with soap and water and applying a sterile dressing. However, since it’s been four days without professional evaluation, it's wise to consult a dermatologist. They can assess the condition accurately and suggest appropriate treatment to ensure effective healing.

Can I use glutathione tablets And how to use this And how to stop this What are the side effects
Female | 19
Glutathione happens to be a natural antioxidant. Glutathione tablets are being used by some to make their skin light, though these are not approved for this. Using glutathione tablets can lead to gastrointestinal problems such as tummy discomfort like cramps or bloating. On the other hand, a large amount could lead to kidney troubles. As far as the chances of withdrawal are concerned, it is better to discuss this matter with a dermatologist first to minimize the adverse effects resulting from the withdrawal.

I’m having a persistent skin reaction what can I do
Male | 26
The causes of skin rashes may be different, like allergies, irritating substances, or other diseases. The symptoms are typically redness, itching, or swelling. Start by identifying the triggering factors such as using new products or clothes and stop their use. Gently clean with a mild soap and the lack of fragrance moisturizers may be used to reduce redness. Over-the-counter hydrocortisone creams can also provide relief. If the symptoms do not get better or get worse, I will suggest visiting a dermatologist for proper treatment advice.

Had a cream that I used, I got home and started using my family cream which gives me reddish small bumps, they said it’s an allergy, I stopped and started using my cream, but the reddish bumps still showing for like a week now , what’s happening. I’m noticing new reddish bumps too.
Male | 28
Skin reactions are possible after using products. Allergies often lead to reddish bumps appearing. Even when stopping the cream's use, bumps can linger. Keep your skin moisturized and clean during this time. If symptoms persist or worsen, consulting a dermatologist provides valuable guidance.

पुरुष | Zayan khan
Vitiligo is a condition in which white patches of the skin are formed. The cause is the absence of a substance called melanin, which gives skin its color. It's not, however, painful or contagious. At times, vitiligo could start from a small spot and then over time cover a large area. It is advisable to go to a dermatologist for correct diagnosis and treatment options.

Male | 25
Staphylococcus aureus often leads to skin infections, boils, and even more serious problems such as bloodstream infections. It's caused by bacteria that may be hard to completely remove from the body. If the usual treatments like augmentin were ineffective in getting rid of the infection, vancomycin recommended by your friend is worth considering. Vancomycin is an antibiotic usually used as a last resort for persistent staph infections, especially those that do not respond to other antibiotics. When using vancomycin, it is important to follow your doctor's advice on dosage and treatment duration.

sir i have skin infection due to we have bed bug in our room from last 1 year i have pimple on my all over body check the same its bed bug
Female | 40
Skin infections can arise from insect bites, like those from bed bugs, which may lead to red, itchy bumps or pimples on the skin. These insects thrive in neglected sleeping areas, making it crucial to maintain a clean environment. To alleviate the situation, consider washing your bedding regularly and using protective covers on mattresses. Over-the-counter antihistamines or creams may help relieve itching. However, I strongly recommend visiting a dermatologist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment tailored to your condition.

Foot and hands ???? crack in my childhood day's it's problem continues in to my mother please ???? I needed solution for this problem help me
Male | 25
This may be the case because of the dryness from the lack of water. The absence of water in the skin can cause it to crack and get very painful. A good start would be to be always aware of your water intake, drink a lot of water, constantly apply a good moisturizer, and cover your hands and feet when going out. If the condition persists, visit a dermatologist.
