Hello Nirendra!
The doctor will require your wife's Final Histopath Report and Ultra Sonography report to determine if any further treatment is required.
So please consult your Oncologist who did your wife's treatment for the same.
Hope my answer helps you.

You could start evaluation by doing USG - Thyroid and also take a Surgeon's opinion.

Can we give blood after 1 week of gfc treatment
Male | 21
You need to wait before giving blood after GFC treatment. Your body requires time to recover; it lost cells during the procedure. Don't give blood too soon - at least one week is best. That lets your body rebuild the blood cells affected by treatment. Donating blood earlier could make you tired or dizzy. Wait a week to be safe after GFC.

I want to know about Triple-negative breast cancer as our doctor hinted that my aunt has signs of this specific type of breast cancer.
Female | 57
The term triple-negative breast cancer means that the cancer cells do not have estrogen or progesterone receptors and does not make too much of the protein called HER2. ( therefore the cells test "negative" on all 3 tests.)
Triple-negative breast cancer has less treatment options available than other types of invasive breast cancer. The reason being the cancer cells do not have enough estrogen or progesterone receptors or HER2 protein for hormone therapy or targeted drugs to work.
Treatment options are chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery mainly. But consulting clinician on time and starting the treatment is important. Regular follow up with doctor with lifestyle modifications and counselling will help. Consult an oncologist.
Hope our answer helps you.

Ive always had discharge for as long as I can remember and at my 8 week postpartum checkup the doctor checked me but said it wasn’t alarming because it’s not bothering me. I am currently 4 months postpartum and noticed I was getting discharge that had a slight odour and the discharge left rashes between my thighs and it got to the point I couldn’t wear underwear because the discharge would get more and I keep getting rashes. I noticed it getting a little bit better when I stopped wearing underwear the smell was still slightly fishy but not too terrible like before but recently after sexual intercourse I bled a little. Now google says it’s either the C word or some infection. I’m aware I should go doctor right away but I’m just not able to do so , my last two screenings for cervical cancer with my Pap smear came negative it was in 2018 and 2021. What’s the reason I bled?
Female | 27
Postpartum, it is normal to discharge but rashes and odor can prove an infection. Sex-related bleeding is not normal and may indicate a problem. This is why it’s important to go and see a doctor so that they can rule out any serious conditions. Cervical cancer screenings are also significant, but they do not detect all problems. If you are experiencing symptoms, do not waste time before seeing a doctor.

Treatment options may involve surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy combined. The aim is removing cancer cells and preventing further spread. Your treatment plan depends on specific details of your case and overall health condition. Discuss thoroughly with your oncologist to determine the best approach. My mother is 52 Years old house wife and she's survive in chest Cancer past 3 years and didn't well Dr do treatment but feeling getting bad
Female | 52
Cancer is tough, but there's hope. Please let the doctor know if she feels worse even after treatment. Some symptoms such as coughing, pain, or feeling weak are of multiple possibilities. The doctor possibly has to ascertain if the cancer has recurred or if there is another problem. Waiting is not a good choice especially when you tell them how your mother is doing.

Stomach Cancer ke patient ko elaz kiya h
Female | 52
Treatment for stomach cancer includes surgery to remove tumors, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, targeted therapy, and potentially immunotherapy. The specific treatment plan depends on factors like the cancer's stage and the patient's overall health.
Palliative care is used to manage symptoms, and experimental treatments are done. The choice of treatment will be determined by your oncologist team, consulting with the patient.

Male | 57
Some symptoms like losing weight, lumps, and feeling tired often make us fear cancer. But lots of other factors can also cause these signs. Weight changes, lumpy areas, constant fatigue – these might be worrisome, yet they don't necessarily mean cancer. Sure, cancer remains a possibility if symptoms persist. Many other reasons exist for such symptoms. If concerned, consult a doctor – they'll provide guidance.

My mom age 49 yrs diagnosed with liver cancer And it has spread to the gallbladder. And Because Of water abdomen Is fully tight. Jaundice is very high. What will be the best treatment for her?
As per my understanding the patient is suffering from liver and gallbladder cancer, and is having ascites and high bilirubin. Ascites is definitely a complication associated with advanced cancer. Doctors may do regular paracentesis to remove this fluid. It is advisable to consult an oncologist and religiously follow his advice and do the best for the patient. Along with treatment patient may need psychological support to deal with the disease. Regular nursing and family support will help patient. Kindly consult an oncologist for evaluation. 37 year old female who has nail-patella syndrome. Has had a kidney transplant but has failed. On home dialysis now and constantly throwing up and chronic cough. Severe fatigue and weight loss. Diagnosed with lymph node cancer recently. She needs some kind of help.
Female | 37
These troubles are likely coming from your underlying conditions and treatments. One prescription is the discuss these symptoms with your healthcare team since they might change your dialysis or medication to make you feel more comfortable. Palliative care, together with also nutrition guidance and medications for nausea and fatigue, can be quite helpful, so should be combined with supportive therapy. Furthermore, ALS patient receives a cancer certificate, so close engagement with his/her oncologist is critically important.
