In this case, you might be experiencing asthma, which is the source of your breathing difficulties, especially when you are stressed out or under emotional pressure. Try yoga, stretching exercises, deep breathing techniques, or meditation as a form of relaxation when you notice stress building up. On the other hand, if you see no improvement, report the issue to a psychiatrist to further explore and personalize treatment.

Depression can impact not only one's gait but also distort movement patterns. Nonetheless, many other chronic medical diseases can likewise cause a person to walk differently. I had drug induced psychosis how can I know if it’s only drug induced psychosis or if it’s like schizophrenia or something
Male | 22
A psychiatrist’s consult needs to make a determination whether your psychosis is substance abused induced or if it may signify a more serious mental illness, like schizophrenia. A psychiatrist can conduct a comprehensive assessment and steer you in the right direction for treatment. I suggest that you see a psychiatrist who specializes in psychotic disorders.

Male | 45
It can also be triggered by different aspects like stress, and boredom, or it might be just a custom factor. To get over it this, try imposing some limits like sticking to certain times of the day to spend in front of the television, discovering other hobbies or activities that will mean a busy mind, or enlisting the help of friends or a therapist who can work with you through these moments and to the source why you choose porn.

Please I want to help her before it is too late, what is the first step that I can do.is there any over the counter medication that I can get for her
Female | 10
If your kids are crying easily, getting mad quickly, and can’t pay attention, they might have something called “childhood depression.” You did not cause this. It is nobody’s fault. One thing I would do is talk with a therapist/psychiatrist. There might be other ways doctors can think of to help your child and family.

Anxiety issue, dizzineaa, palpitation, depression
Female | 28
Anxiety, dizziness, palpitations, and depression can be tough to deal with. You often feel anxious, which makes you worry a lot. Dizziness may feel like you're about to collapse, and palpitations are when your heart beats faster than usual. Depression causes you to feel sad frequently. These feelings can be caused by stress, lack of sleep, or health issues. To get support, try to calm your mind, maintain a regular sleep schedule, share your feelings with someone you trust, and consider therapy or counseling. These steps can help you manage your emotions better.

Hello i had a panic attack yesterday and my hands and feet were going numb also my mouth so i went to the ER they did 2 syringes in my stomach of Aqua then they did one behind of diazepam i am a regular smoker and i wanted to smoke could i? If i cant should i buy a no nicotine pack?
Female | 16
The numbness of hands, feet, and mouth is the result of decreased blood flow in panic attacks. The effect of smoking on the body can make people suffer from panic attacks. Given the fact that you were prescribed diazepam at the ER, smoking might hurt it. Stay away from smoking as it is better for you. If you are in bad shape and have to, you can try a no-nicotine pack.

I have problems with getting to sleep. But I do shisha and after I do shisha it helps me to sleep, but it's not good for my help what can I do to do away with intial insomnia
Male | 27
Utilizing shisha for sleep isn't recommended at all. In addition, the difficulty of getting sleep is called initial insomnia, and two possible reasons for that may be stress, bad sleep habits, or the use of drugs like shisha. A potentially successful method to deal with the troublesome situation is to establish a bedtime habit that makes you relaxed and quit stimulants, and some consultation with a doctor might be helpful on time.

Even though you know they're irrational, the urge is extremely powerful. Don't worry, it's treatable with therapy and medications prescribed by psychiatrists. Discussing the issue openly with counselors helps manage disturbing compulsions. They understand this disorder and can guide you through coping strategies. There are solutions available to overcome OCD's relentless grip.

Hello, I am 30 years old. I have been suffering from panic attacks, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder for 7 years. I went to a psychologist, looked at my condition and prescribed medications. Medication: Velaxin twice a day, half a tablet of Abizol, zolomax 2/1 tablet, 1 tablet after 3 days. I take these medications. I'm afraid to use it. I went to a heart doctor and he examined me and said my heart was healthy. What I want to ask you is, do these drugs harm people?
Kişi | 30
It’s totally okay to feel worried about the medications you’ve been given. Velaxin is for anxiety and panic attacks, Abizol and Zolomax are for anxiety and OCD. These drugs are generally safe when used correctly but can cause dizziness or drowsiness as common side effects. You must follow your doctor’s orders and tell them if anything strange is happening to you.

So, i took a 30mg codeine tablet. Then 5 minutes later i forgot i had taken it. So took another. So iv taken 60mg in 1sitting. Will i be ok. Im 33 weigh about 10st4. Relatively mind strong. I was just curios
Male | 34
If you take 60mg of codeine all at once, it is more likely to cause some side effects. One of the side effects is that you may become very sleepy, feel dizzy, or have problems with breathing. Whenever a medicine reaction like the one described here happens, it is best to remain calm and save your life without increasing the doses further. In addition, it is recommended to stay hydrated, sit down, and be observant of the body's feelings for possible encounters.
