Skipping a period sometimes happens when you're stressed; it doesn't always mean cancer. The aches in your leg and chest might be hormonal changes. The white bumps on your breasts could be harmless cysts or related to hormone shifts. Relax, find ways to de-stress, and see a gynecologist for a check-up.

I am 14 years old my periods are not coming regular
Female | 14
Your body is still adjusting. Physical stress, changes in weight, diet or exercise, and health conditions such as PCOS can affect the menstrual cycle. Do not forget to have a balanced diet, work out, and relax enough. If your period doesn't regulate after a while, talk to a gynecologist for more help.

hello doctor, I had unprotected sex on the 29th and 30th of November and my periods were supposed to be on the 14th of December but when my periods got late I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. And yesterday 20th December I put 4 Misoprostol under my tongue and after 4 hours I put another 4 tablets under my tongue. And I started bleeding. Many clots were removed through my vagina. its been 24 hours still clots are coming. Is there any need to take another 4 pills of misoprostol?
Female | 22
The bleeding and the passing of clots you are experiencing could be normal after you take the Misoprostol. Nevertheless, how much to take requires a prescription from a specialized gynecologist. I suggest that you call your doctor and talk about your condition and the potential measures. They will give you personalized advice and will ensure that everything is going well. Since your health and well-being are the primary concern, you should seek professional care to treat your problems effectively.

Can hiv trasmission occur through transvaginal ultrasound
Female | 20
Transvaginal ultrasound is safe against HIV disease transmission. HIV is a disease transmitted via infected fluids such as blood, not through ultrasound tools. Symptoms of HIV look like the flu. To stop the infection use protection during seduction. Testing frequently will help to find the infection early. In case you doubt HIV, you should have a conversation with your gynecologist to get some information and support.

Hello ..I am trying to conceive since June 2023 ...I have PCOD I have started taking metformin and clomiphene from Jan 2024... Still not able to conceive My height is 5'1 and weight 60 kg Please help me out
Female | 30
It is difficult to become pregnant with PCOD. This leads to irregular periods and issues with ovulation, as well as increased levels of male hormones. Metformin or clomiphene may be used for regulating the menstrual cycle and promoting ovulation. Ensure you take them according to your doctor’s instructions. Fertility in women with PCOD can also be enhanced by losing weight; therefore, it is important to stay healthy.

help me Pregnancy problem
Male | 23
The first trimester only comes once a lifetime and it's truly a unique experience. Pregnancy is a period of physical changes, but it does not last for a lifetime. During the first phase, the pregnant woman is often sick, tired, and/or uncomfortable. These symptoms may arise because of hormonal changes and physical adaptations. The process of birth is very precious and delicate; these symptoms are so mild that they hardly get noticed. It would be difficult to maintain balance within the body if not because of the hormonal process. You may consult a gynecologist for further advice.

Female | 33
Observing increased vaginal discharge along with intimacy worries is something that comes as no surprise. There are numerous possible causes for these symptoms like hormonal changes, infections, or stress. It's important to notice any other symptoms like bad smell or itchiness as they may give useful information. Effective cleanliness habits, soft fabrics, and consuming water are particularly beneficial. However, it is highly recommended that you visit a gynecologist for personal advice and treatment options.

I want to discuss about my pregnancy
Female | 18
Common symptoms can include nausea, fatigue, and mood changes, all of which are normal as your body adjusts. These occur due to hormonal shifts and physical changes. Staying hydrated, eating small, nutritious meals, and resting can help alleviate discomfort. Maintaining regular check-ups with your gynecologist to monitor your health and the baby’s development is essential. If you have specific concerns or experience unusual symptoms, please don't hesitate to contact your doctor.

Dear doctor I found my pregnancy test positive 5 days ago ,but unfortunately today I feeling lightly bleeding
Female | 25
Light spotting during early pregnancy happens frequently. This implantation bleeding occurs when the egg attaches to the uterus. It usually isn't concerning and may come around when your period is due. However, rest and avoid strenuous activities to be cautious. Monitor the bleeding closely - contact a gynecologist immediately if it gets heavier or you have severe cramps.

Hi sir/madam this is Shwetha, 1 month back miscarriage happened doctor advised me to be in family planning for 6months but today unprotectedly intimated so should I take i-pill tablet and if I get pregnant any risks are there
Female | 30
A miscarriage only a month ago, and doctors telling you to wait six months before trying again - that's tough. But then you had unprotected sex today. Taking emergency contraception like the i-pill can help avoid pregnancy. It's not a guarantee though. If you do end up pregnant, definitely talk to a gynecologist. They can advise what's safest after the miscarriage.

I am 21 years old. Last month i had my periods on 15 may. And i had unprotected sex on 3rd June and took unwanted 72 on 4th. Every time i take this medicine i use to get my periods early but this time i haven't got yet and today is 15th june
Female | 21
When you use an emergency contraceptive such as Unwanted 72, you may disrupt your menstrual cycle and delay it in rare cases. It is perfectly normal to undergo a delay in your period but that may occur due to several reasons such as stress, hormonal changes, and the pill itself. Just wait a little and your period should appear. If you are concerned or notice any unusual symptoms, it would be the best option to consult a gynecologist.

Delayed periods negative pregnancy test can I be pregnant
Female | 25
Menstrual delays without conceiving when the results of a pregnancy test are negative is such a contradiction, but there are some reasons for that. Whether it be stress, weight changes, or hormonal imbalances, they can all contribute to your periods. Bloating, soreness in the breast, and mood swings are some other symptoms that you may face. You have to face it by attempting to cut down the stress overloads and keeping weight at decent levels, and if that does not work you could talk with a gynecologist for the rest of the tests.

Pain in the breast and late periods are concerning. Sometimes bleeding between cycles is due to hormonal shifts. It's wise to note any changes. Consult a doctor to identify the cause and receive guidance. Your gynecologist can evaluate symptoms thoroughly and offer proper advice.

I am breastfeeding and feeling often tired pain in arms legs and nipples are sore because baby is biting
Female | 30
You might face normal breastfeeding troubles. Feeling drained, achy arms and legs, nipples hurting - it happens when your baby bites while feeding. Babies bite during teething. Offer a teething toy first to soothe baby's gums. Try changing your breastfeeding position to reduce nipple pain. Ensure proper latch to avoid discomfort.

I got periods for 5 days but this time in the 5 days I don't have flow I was just spotting and a little flow and now it's more than 5 days I am still spotting same suggest me something for that
Female | 20
You might have some variations this month with your period. Spotting instead of a regular flow for more than 5 days can be bothersome. It may be due to hormonal changes, stress, or some medicines. I recommend the identification of other symptoms that you might have and drinking water to improve your hydration levels. If it continues or worsens, consult with a gynecologist.

Iam 22 years old my problem is my periods date is 3 and I always gets my periods before the 3/4 days of the day but I don't have period what to do and can I use medicine for periods
Female | 22
Various factors, like changes in diet, weight fluctuations, and stress, can disrupt your menstrual cycle. If you’re experiencing a missed period, it’s best to wait before taking any steps to alter your cycle. If the irregularity continues, consult a gynecologist to rule out any underlying issues. Taking medication to induce your period without understanding the cause can be risky. Instead, focus on eating a healthy diet, staying active, and managing stress to help regulate your cycle naturally.
