You have the condition vaginitis. It shows pain, dryness, frequent urination, and discomfort. Infections, irritants, or hormone changes can cause vaginitis to be painful. Don't Use scented products instead, wear cotton underwear, and you will be a lot more comfortable. Over-the-counter medications like antipyretics are also another treatment you can use. The best thing to do when symptoms don't clear is to see a gynecologist for further evaluation.

Four months of no period is a little alarming. The reasons for this might be stress, weight changes, hormonal imbalance, thyroid problems, or polycystic ovary syndrome. I have been have my menstrual periods no marly till this year I didn’t receive my period for feb this year I have no weird body signs or symptoms of any kind and I feel normal it’s just that I missed last month and I’m kinda worried so what must be the problem?
Female | 20
Missing a menstrual cycle can be concerning, but many factors might contribute to this change, including stress, hormonal imbalances, or lifestyle changes. If you're feeling well otherwise and have no unusual symptoms, it may not be urgent. However, it's important to monitor your body. To ease your mind, consider tracking any irregularities, maintaining a balanced diet, and managing stress. Should your period remain absent or if you have further concerns, I recommend scheduling a visit with a gynecologist for personalized advice and reassurance.

I am 20 years old and I really want to use tampon and menstrual cup as I heard that it is safe and better option but I'm afraid cuz I have heard that tampon and menstrual cup break hymen. What should I do doctor
Female | 20
Tampons and menstrual cups are both considered safe for use. The concern about the hymen is common, but many individuals who use these products do not experience any issues. The hymen can stretch without causing pain or significant change. If you're feeling unsure, start with a small tampon size or a beginner-friendly cup. Ensure you're relaxed and use plenty of water-based lubricants if needed. If worries persist, consult your gynecologist for personalized advice and reassurance.

After one month pregnancy I decided to abort I take pills for that now it's almost one month complete but still bleeding from my private part please help and suggest me for speedy recovery
Female | 28
A little bit of blood loss after abortion pills are taken for a one-month pregnancy can persist for many weeks. The bleeding period is often heavy. It's quite likely that this might happen. Your body is doing some calibration. To speed up your healing, make sure to rest, drink plenty of fluids, do not engage in strenuous activities, and go back to your gynecologist if the bleeding lasts more than a few weeks.

You should be good since the morning-after pill blocks an egg from ovulating for a while. Unprotected sex should be avoided in the future.

Period irregularities are common, but if you miss one, it usually makes you nervous. The leading cause may be pregnancy. Besides that, the situation might be caused by stress, unexpected weight fluctuations, hormonal disarray, or some medical conditions. If pregnancy is not the reason, see your gynecologist to discover the cause of the delay.

Female | 17
There are many reasons why your periods might be irregular – this could be due to stress or hormonal changes. Your cycle can also be affected by birth control sometimes. Pregnancy or getting the jag shot can also affect when you have them. It’s common for it to take a while for your period to get back to normal after stopping birth control. To ease any of your concerns and receive advice that is tailored specifically for you; it would be best if we were able to discuss this with a gynecologist.

Female | 25
It sounds like you may be experiencing early signs of pregnancy, which can include various symptoms such as nausea, breast tenderness, fatigue, and mood fluctuations. These occur due to hormonal changes in your body. If you suspect you might be pregnant, consider taking a home pregnancy test for clarity. Maintaining a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and getting plenty of rest can help manage some of these symptoms. However, I recommend reaching out to your gynecologist for a comprehensive evaluation and personalized advice, as they can guide you through your concerns effectively.
