Could I Have a Penis Rash with Itching?
Iam a 28 year old men and I have been having problems with red rashes on my penish for head and red rash on my penis foreskin and sometimes it itches..it has been comming n going for three months and burning sensation sometimes while peeing.

How can I get a prescription for Hydroquinone or Albaquin 20% for pigmentation on my face. Had Depigmentation in the past in England, where I reside for extensive vitiligo.
