I am having no periods even after 7 months of delivery, I am not breastfeeding. Pregnancy test is negative, please help what ould be the reason and treatment
Female | 29
It is quite normal to get anxious when you have not received your period after childbirth, especially if it has been 7 months already. The most common reason for this is a hormonal imbalance if the pregnancy test is negative and you are not breastfeeding. Your body might still be undergoing adjustment after childbirth. This can be a determining factor of your periods. Stress and/or thyroid problems might be the cause as well. Be sure you are eating good food and getting enough sleep. If this goes on, it's a good idea to see your gynecologist so they can help you figure out the best treatment plan for you.

I have endometriosis cyst 30×20 mm in right ovary, what ayurvedic. Treatment is needed??
Female | 34
Endometriosis is a situation where the tissue is growing outside its proper location and this leads to the formation of cysts and causes pain. Ayurvedic treatments can be used to shrink the 30x20mm cyst on your right ovary. To reduce manifestations such as discomfort and untimely monthly cycles, herbs such as turmeric and ashwagandha may be beneficial. In addition, following a healthy diet, practicing relaxation techniques, and doing light exercises such as yoga can be promoted.

I am 24 year old female. I have been facing vaginal itching, sometimes smelly discharge and itchy inner thighs since almost one year. It comes and goes.
Female | 24
Maybe you have a yeast infection. Symptoms such as itching, smelly discharge, and discomfort in the vaginal area are the common ones that affect women. Besides the vaginal region and inside the thighs, fungal infections can also affect the mouth, throat, and skin. The clothes can be attributed to such infections as well. Firstly, there are the unwanted side effects of some medications. Prevention of yeast infections should be made by cotton underwear while avoiding scented items to the extent that OTC antifungal creams should be used.

My last period at Apr 8 but I still didn't get date but today I have taken pregnancy test..it's positive but I don't have any symptoms...is it safe pregnancy or not
Female | 26
A positive pregnancy test indicates that you are pregnant. Not everyone experiences the same pregnancy symptoms, and some people might not have noticeable symptoms early on. So lack of symptoms doesn't necessarily mean an unsafe pregnancy, you need to consult a gynecologist for confirmation

I had no symptoms of pregnancy till now just not able to sleep till 2 at night and tired all day sleepy and my haemoglobin level remains low like around 10 11 12. I experienced sticky white vaginal discharge too after 25th may and in june too but it was not in excess amount. Doctor what should i do now its 80 days late ?
Female | 23
Ovulation may be skipped for several health reasons other than being pregnant. Sending your body into your flight or fight mechanism, irregular exercise, and not enough iron in your blood can all cause your menstrual cycle to deviate. The slimy kind of discharge you are describing is also known as a normal variant. To help you get your period in order, relax, eat well, and go to a gynecologist if you feel unwell.

I m 22 years female, having pcod before hand only, i am getting irregular periods from aug, in aug, i got periods 2 times with the tym slot of 10-15 days, in sep too, with the time slot of 10 days, in oct, i got periods i time with 10 days, and spotting after 10 days for few hours only. What can be the reason for this. I am quite overweight too, according to my bmi.
Female | 22
Your situation seems to be associated with your PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disease). With PCOD, our hormones can be imbalanced, which may result in irregular periods. Having excess weight may also lead to this. Symptoms such as irregular periods and spotting can result from changes in the hormonal system. A healthy diet, regular exercise, and keeping a healthy weight can be beneficial in treating the symptoms. It's important to get a gynecologist's advice for a more personalized treatment.

I do have lower abdominal cramps and sometimes feel pinch in my vagina to my buttocks and I pee alot and sometimes feel very thirsty during hot weather and I do have vagina discharge but not always sometimes vagina itching and burning sensation and I do take antibiotics it will go off and come again
Female | 29
You seem to have an issue with your urinary area and private parts. The pain down there, needing to pee all the time, feeling thirsty, and problems with your vagina. Those are signs of infections like a bladder infection or a yeast infection. For a bladder infection, doctors give antibiotics. And for a yeast infection, you need anti-fungal medicines. Drink lots of water. Wear cotton underwear. That helps stop these infections from happening.

Sometimes, periods become irregular because of hormones or medicine. To get pregnant faster, track your ovulation cycle. Look for signs like changes in cervical fluid or use an ovulation test kit. Staying healthy, eating well, and exercising regularly can also help fertility.

Me and my wife trying to have a baby. Fertility pills. Ovulation. At home insemination
Female | 27
Pills might help a woman release an egg from the ovary. This is called ovulation. An egg and sperm can make a pregnancy. At-home insemination puts sperm in the vagina to meet the egg. Tracking ovulation is important. Insemination should happen at the right time. If no pregnancy happens talk to an infertility specialist for help.
