Fungal infections can manifest as redness, itching, or flaky skin, and may occur in warm, moist areas of the body. They are caused by fungi present in the environment, which can thrive under certain conditions. To manage these infections, maintaining good hygiene is essential, along with wearing breathable clothing. Over-the-counter antifungal creams can be effective for mild cases. However, if symptoms persist or worsen, it is wise to consult a dermatologist for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.

When skin reflects this quality, it could be a sign that it is not receiving enough water give and nutrients. The skin can become dry due to things like hot showers, harsh soaps, and not drinking enough water. I am 20 year old female, My hands got some bumps can say its keratosis pilaris and surface is rough too so what should i do now ? A laser or just a treatment?

Female | 20

This can be treated with either topical creams or laser treatments. Depending on the severity of your condition, it is best to consult a dermatologist to determine the best treatment for you. Laser treatments are often more effective than topical creams, but a bit expensive. Topical creams can be used to reduce the appearance of the bumps but may not completely remove them.

i want to check my face is my face is healthy or fat

Male | 24

You want to figure out whether it is healthy or there is too much fat, then look for signs like puffiness, a double chin, or round cheeks. A situation like this may be caused by eating too many junk foods and not being physically active enough. To fix this, you can eat more fruits and vegetables, drink lots of water, and move with some activities such as walking, or dancing.

Face swelling due to cold

Male | 38

When you have a cold, your face may swell as your body fights off germs, increasing blood flow to the area. This extra blood can make your face look puffy. Rest, hydration, and a cold compress can help reduce the swelling. However, if it persists or gets worse, it's important to consult a doctor, as it could indicate something more serious than a regular cold.

I'm 39 from Nigeria. I have a black, cone-like lump on the upper left side of my belly. It started as small bump some years back but with time developed to 2cm in diameter. It's very hard. I feel pain around it each time I'm nervous and itchy sometimes. I have had scan conducted but didn't reveal exactly what it's.. it suggested that Stony bump appears like degenerating Lipoma. .

Male | 39

This hard mass might be a lipoma, which is usually harmless and consists of fat cells. These growths mainly develop under the skin and grow slowly over time. Although it is good that you have had a scan, sometimes further tests are necessary for conclusive results. However, if it is very painful or bothers you a lot, consider consulting with a surgeon who may recommend its removal.
