How to Manage Missed Periods with Norethindrone Acetate Tablets?
Age -22 Query - I missed my periods from 2 months( 10 nov skip )(10 December which is tomorrow I'll complete 2 months) Medication - Norethindrone Acetate Tablets U.S.P REGESTRONE ( It is prescribed to take 3 pills in one day but i cannot take it pains alot) I had protected sex on 4 nov and I did a pregnancy test on 2 December which came out as negative. What should I do. And I can't take 3 pills a day how should I take this medicine.?

It’s normal to worry if you missed your period, especially after you were sexually active. The most common factors can be hormonal imbalances, stress, or changes in lifestyle. Given that you have tested negative for pregnancy already, it is leading to a positive outlook. If anything is wrong with the recommended dose, talk to your gynecologist. He/she can either see the reason and recommend medicine for the problem or maybe replace it with another better suitable brand.

I had my last periods on 28 December 2024 but I took 4 tablets of overal l bd on the same day After that I didn't get my periods on the expected date so I got an ultrasound on which there was a hemorrhagic cyst in my ovary. I was prescribed ipill 21 bd for 5 days to get withdrawal bleeding which I took from 5 feb to 9 feb but still didn't get any bleeding On 15 Feb I took urine pregnancy test which was negative and also had ultrasound which was normal What should I do
