Why Do I Have Recurring Extreme Nightly Body Heat?
I am 24 years old. I have recurring fever from past three days. It is less like fever, it is more like my body is heating up so much, mostly at nights. The heat is extreme. I have also got subconjunctival hemorrhage in my eyes for the second time. First time it happened around one and a half month back.

The symptoms you described, like recurring fever, excessive body warmth, and red eyes, might indicate an underlying infection. These can sometimes signal a condition needing medical care. I suggest seeing a neurologist promptly for a thorough examination to determine what's causing your issues and the best treatment plan.

Hello guys, I am a male 24 years old. So in early 201 9 i started to get weird symptoms than at the end develop constant feeling of them.lt all started with just sinus pressure and dizzines, but it develop in to constant unsteadiness like i am walking on a boat 24/7.It does never stop not even for a single second. It does not matter if i am laying, sitting or walking the sensation is there always. This sensation is accompanied with sort of like bouncy vision which is constant same as the unsteadiness.lts hard for me to focus on objects because i have a sensation that they are moving or bouncing. This dual sensation varies in intensity depending on the day. Those both sensation are going on for 5 years.l have developed anxiety with it and often find myself panicking over this symptoms I did an MRI scan that showed no malignat changes on the brain and a C6-C7 discus hernia and relative spinal stenosis. I also went to few ENT doctors, that recommended me to do a deviated septum surgery which i got. They said it could be to air pressure in my ears and oxygen deficiency which ultimately did not prove to be right. I went to a few neurologist that all said the same, that there is nothing wrong according to them I also went to an eye doctor who said i do not have anything wrong with my eyes despite my bouncy vision.Even when i explained my symptoms she said that she had never heard of something like this On the recommendation of my ENT doctor i did caloric test that show the next parametars: Right ear showed 2.20 and left ear showed 2.50 (keep in mind i do not know what this means) I also have checked my blood vessels on my neck to check for circulation and it came out fine I am literally out of options and i do not know what to do next. Anyone out there with simillar kind of symptoms? Can anybody give me some advice for what to do next?

They can provide more targeted treatments and help manage your symptoms effectively. Please visit a neurologist for further evaluation and proper guidance.

I am 15 yrs old. I have continuously headache In my report of mri preventricular cyst has mentioned I have medicine about 1 month But nothing good happening Very much headache
Female | 15
A periventricular cyst present in your MRI report might be causing these headaches. These cysts are sacs filled with fluid exerting pressure on your brain and causing headaches. It is important to follow up with your doctor so they can look into other treatment options like maybe some drugs or even surgery depending on how serious the cyst is. Try to keep positive about everything and continue telling your neurologist about any new developments in your condition.

Female | 27
You could have carpal tunnel syndrome. It occurs when a nerve in your wrist gets compressed. Symptoms include tingling, burning, numbness. Repeatedly using your hand, like typing extensively, may cause it. Try resting your hand, wearing a brace, and doing hand exercises. If it persists, consult an orhopedist.

At the of ejaculation my head both side start severe pain....it is a major problem
Male | 45
Pain on both sides of your head after ejaculation could signify post-coital headache. This moderate to intense pain's exact cause remains unclear. However, it may link to altered blood flow or pressure. Stay hydrated, avoid strenuous sexual activity, and try relaxation techniques to manage it. But if pain persists or worsens, consulting a neurologist becomes crucial for evaluation and proper guidance.

I am 23 years old. I am feeling dizzy all of sudden. what should I do doctor.
Female | 23
Dizziness strikes out of nowhere. Causes range from dehydration to blood sugar drops or even ear infections. If hit with dizziness, sit or lie down, sip water slowly, and relax. Maybe munch on a snack if low blood sugar's suspected. But persistent dizziness warrants seeing a doctor; determine the real reason.

Male | 66
Sensorineural hearing loss happens when hair cells in the inner ear are damaged. This condition is common and can't be reversed, but hearing aids can help by making sounds louder and reducing noise. It's important to protect your ears from loud noises to prevent further damage. Regular check-ups with an audiologist are essential for effective treatment.

I have tremors after taking medication. Is it tardive dyskinesia or drug-induced Parkinsonism?
Female | 37
This condition could be a result of Tardive Dyskinesia or the so-called Drug-Induced Parkinsonism. On development, tardive dyskinesia, you may experience involuntarily jittery movements in the face and extremities. Functional Parkinsonism may make you look stiff and result in slow movements. Ask your neurologist to adjust or change the dosage of your medication.

Female | 30
From what you describe, carotid artery disease could be causing your issues. This condition blocks blood vessels in your neck. It can lead to tiredness, chest discomfort, head pressure, and left arm/leg weakness. The irregular heartbeat, poor dental health, and skull base lump may relate. Reduced blood flow from the blockage could cause low blood pressure. To properly address this, seeking medical evaluation and treatment is vital.

A daytime sleep schedule not only helps a patient with fibromyalgia to get better but is also of paramount importance to them to avoid sleeping after midnight. Sleep can aggravate or diminish pain, tiredness, and even exacerbations. Adjusting the sleep schedule 3-4 hours before midnight might be a good way to augment sleep quality. Convince your mother to give sleep a priority so that she can not only reduce what she is experiencing but also have better overall health.

Amazingly, he can now open his mouth and move his tongue slowly. For him to make a full recovery, speech therapy might be useful. Exercises and techniques help in the aspect of toning control of the tongue and swallowing, adding to the general treatment of dysphagia.
