I understand you're experiencing discomfort and sensitivity to sunlight, along with nausea and emotional intensity. These symptoms could be related to a variety of factors, including migraine, dehydration, or anxiety. It is crucial to stay hydrated, avoid bright lights, and try relaxation techniques for better mood management. However, given the intensity of your symptoms, I encourage you to consult a neurologist. They can provide a thorough assessment and recommend appropriate treatment for your situation.

Headaches are the result of either changes in the flow of the fluids around the brain or irritation of the nerves. This is a new symptom for you; tell your neurologist about it. Keep them informed of all your symptoms; this will allow them to decide on the most suitable treatment for your general health care.

I have this cold numbing sensation going down my left shin. Also, my left shin is colder to the touch then my right shin.
Female | 42
You could probably have a situation that is called peripheral neuropathy, something that has to do with the nerves that send signals to your leg and possibly there is a problem with that. This can be the reason why you feel the numbing sensation and the difference in temperature between your shins. It's best to have a neurologist check this out to determine the cause and talk about treatment options.

There is swelling in nerve on the side of ear and it causes pain in head and in neck
Male | 18
You might have something called occipital neuralgia. The nerves going from your spine to scalp get irritated or inflamed. This causes the head and neck discomfort. Other effects could be light sensitivity and a sore scalp. To ease the pain, take over-the-counter medicine. Apply warmth or cold to the area. Practice deep breathing and relaxing. But if it persists, see a neurologist for evaluation and treatment.

Hi, my mom.Doesn't talk after fainting.I don't know why I need to know what can I do.She fainting because she was angry and nervous a lot
Female | 37
Your mom may have fainted because she was upset and worried. People sometimes don’t start talking right away after fainting. They usually become responsive again shortly. Try to keep her calm and let her know everything is okay. Ensure she is lying down comfortably. If she doesn’t begin speaking soon or displays any other worrying signs, calling for medical assistance immediately would be advisable.

Some of the things that can cause daily headaches are stress, sleep deprivation, and poor diet. If the headache does not improve, it would be wise to consult a neurologist for more treatment.

If the symptoms continue, it's best to consult a neurologist for further evaluation.

Its been 5 months, post stroke treatment, urinary incontinence, not feeling of hunger
Male | 59
After someone has had a stroke, they may not be able to control their bladder and bowel movements. This can result in them wetting or soiling themselves accidentally. One of the reasons for this is that the brain may not be sending the right signals for feeling hungry either. The problem could also be due to damage from the stroke affecting this part of the brain. It would therefore help if you talked with your doctor about it. They could think of ways to help you such as through exercises or drugs.

Conditions like neuralgia and neuritis can cause symptoms such as pain, burning sensations, reduced appetite, constipation, sleep issues, dizziness, and headaches, which may be linked to nerve health. While medications can help, it’s equally important to stay in regular contact with a neurologist to monitor progress. This way, they can make timely adjustments to relieve symptoms effectively.

I have sinusitis and migraine from that period.. In the past i consulted a doctor..he is that , pain of your right side body( head to legs ) is because of migraine...is it true?? What was the actual cause for my problem???
Female | 24
The symptoms you're experiencing—pain, tingling, and needle-like sensations—along your right side could be related to various factors, including nerve involvement or muscle issues, especially if you've been dealing with migraines and sinusitis. While your previous doctor suggested a link to migraines, exploring this further with a medical professional is crucial. A thorough evaluation, possibly including imaging or nerve assessments, may help clarify the cause. I recommend revisiting your neurologist to discuss your symptoms and get a tailored treatment plan to improve your quality of life.
