Even though your HIV test, X-ray, ECG, and scan appear fine, it’s important to rule out more serious problems. Conditions such as acid reflux, nerve problems or lung issues could cause these symptoms. Lifestyle changes such as not eating spicy food; sitting up straighter than usual; drinking enough fluids every day etcetera might help relieve them. If they persist then please return for further evaluation from a gastroenterologist.

Typhoid infection can cause fever, fatigue, stomach pain, and digestive issues. It's typically transmitted through contaminated food or water. If symptoms persist despite medication, it’s essential to revisit your gastroenterologist. They may recommend more tests or adjust your treatment plan, such as antibiotics or supportive care. Meanwhile, stay hydrated and rest adequately. Eating nutritious food can also aid your recovery.

I have done blood test (LFT), below are the results. Can you please comment something on below result. Aspartate Aminotransferase (AST/SGOT) result is 38. Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT) result is 67. Alkaline Phosphatase result is 166.
Male | 30
Your liver looks a little stressed. The ALT level is high, which shows possible liver damage. The Alkaline Phosphatase is also elevated. Causes could be alcohol, fatty liver, or medication side effects. Eat healthy foods. Avoid drinking alcohol. See a gastroenterologist for more tests.

I feel my chest and back pain and hand pain from shoulders i have gas problem
Female | 22
You're experiencing chest and back pain, along with pain in your hands and shoulders, due to gas. Gas can cause pain by pressing against sensitive areas and making your stomach feel bloated. You might also feel like you're unable to pass gas. To help with this, try breathing fresh air, stretching, and avoiding foods that worsen gas, like beans and carbonated drinks. Keep drinking fluids, but also be aware that anxiety can make your gas problems worse. If these symptoms continue, see a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis and treatment.

i have been experiencing pain in right side of chest from several days and i am feeling it incresed in last few days but i am also increasingly burping from last few days and as i burp out few times i feel relived in pain how is it related ? and do i have any heart issue?
Male | 19
You might be suffering from a problem called acid reflux. This is the situation when the acid in the stomach comes back to the esophagus and causes chest pain. Belching is maybe a physical way for your body to relieve itself from a bad condition. On the other hand, heart problems have different symptoms such as chest feeling narrow and shortness of breath. Besides that, you can eat small portions of food and stay away from hot and fatty foods. If the pain persists, go to a gastroenterologist for a correct diagnosis.

Male | 23
Bowel motions' shade shouldn't be white - that indicates issues. Excessive thirst also signals something's not right. Pale stools could mean liver trouble or gallbladder woes. You may be dehydrated. Or it might signal diabetes or another condition. See a gastroenterologist promptly to identify and resolve the underlying cause.

Hi im divine, a 16 yrs old girl, recently I've been having pain at the lower left side of my stomach and it's hurts a lot. The pain comes and goes. What illness are they symptoms of?
Female | 16
Your tummy hurt on the bottom-left side could mean you have diverticulitis. Little pouches in your colon swell up. Pain, bloaty feeling, and hot temps come along. A diet full of fiber, lots of water, and some meds can make it better. But go see a gastroenterologist first to find out for sure and get the right care.

I have piles and I was using anovate cream but now it's getting painful and even I can see blood while popping wat can I apply alternate
Female | 28
Piles, which are also known as hemorrhoids, are one of the common issues that happens due to straining with stools and sitting for long periods. If your symptoms don't improve when you are using Anovate, get yourself over-the-counter hemorrhoid creams which are indicated to contain hydrocortisone as one of the ingredients to help you with pain sensation and inflammation. Also, add more fiber to your diet to improve your stools by consuming less weight. Don't forget to drink lots of water and don't push too hard when you try to relieve constipation. If the signs and symptoms continue or get even worse, it is better to see a gastroenterologist.

Coughing blood, headaches, and difficulty eating - these signs suggest a stomach issue. An ulcer or inflammation could be the culprit. Ignoring it risks bigger problems, so see a doctor soon. For now, spicy or acidic foods may worsen symptoms, so choose easy-to-digest meals instead. Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.

Female | 45
You could be experiencing what is known as gastrointestinal bleeding. The blood in stool may come from various causes such as piles or inflammation. This incomplete bowel movement might be what’s making you feel uncomfortable and not fully relieving yourself. If there’s pain in the lower part of your tummy, it could signal something wrong with the intestines. Ensure that this matter is addressed by a gastroenterologist to establish the exact problem and receive appropriate treatment.

I am 34 years old male, I am not happy with my bowel movement lately. It can go for 2-3 days or just a small poop comes out. I took laxatives last night (7hrs ago) and still nothing. What could be the problem?
Male | 34
The absence of stool for several days or the production of only a little stool can be a sign of constipation. Constipation has many reasons like not eating enough fiber, not drinking enough water, and not exercising. Laxatives may work for you, but if your problem continues, try drinking more water, eating fiber-rich foods like fruits and vegetables, and exercising more. If the problem persists, it's better to consult a gastroenterologist for more help.
