Why am I experiencing stomach, back, and feet burning?

I am 34 years old. I have stomach burnt and sometimes lower back burning & feet burning. And I am also coughing, I did X-ray, scan and ECG also hiv test. My hiv status is negative, all my x-Ray, ECG and scan results are perfect according to my health care.

Even though your HIV test, X-ray, ECG, and scan appear fine, it’s important to rule out more serious problems. Conditions such as acid reflux, nerve problems or lung issues could cause these symptoms. Lifestyle changes such as not eating spicy food; sitting up straighter than usual; drinking enough fluids every day etcetera might help relieve them. If they persist then please return for further evaluation from a gastroenterologist.

One side headache and Gas trouble problem

Male | 33

A one-sided headache may be caused by tension or migraines. Gas trouble bloats your belly and makes you uncomfortable. Avoiding gassy foods and drinking water helps. Try relaxing to ease the headache too. Deep breaths or a cool cloth on your head may help.

Coughing blood, headaches, and difficulty eating - these signs suggest a stomach issue. An ulcer or inflammation could be the culprit. Ignoring it risks bigger problems, so see a doctor soon. For now, spicy or acidic foods may worsen symptoms, so choose easy-to-digest meals instead. Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.

You could be dealing with appendicitis. Your appendix might, thus, be inflamed. The symptoms are severe pain in the lower right side of your stomach, feeling sick, and appetite loss. This pain can worsen when you move, breathe, or press on it. The best thing to do is to go to the hospital immediately. Appendicitis needs surgery for correction.
