Typhoid infection can cause fever, fatigue, stomach pain, and digestive issues. It's typically transmitted through contaminated food or water. If symptoms persist despite medication, it’s essential to revisit your gastroenterologist. They may recommend more tests or adjust your treatment plan, such as antibiotics or supportive care. Meanwhile, stay hydrated and rest adequately. Eating nutritious food can also aid your recovery.

Dear Sir for 3 days I have a pain left side inside stomach
Male | 29
Your left stomach area's discomfort may stem from gas buildup, constipation, or muscle strain. Potential indigestion or stomach inflammation exists too. Drink lots of water, consume fiber-rich foods, and avoid fatty/spicy items. Resting and heat application could ease the ache. However, if pain escalates or persists, promptly consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation.

I’m in the Creatine loading phase and my stomach feels bloated and my right side sometime feels irritated
Male | 18
During the creatine loading phase, bloating and stomach discomfort can occur due to increased water retention. If you're feeling irritation on your right side, consult a professional doctor like a gastroenterologist, as creatine supplementation is generally not associated with side specific irritation.

पुरुष | 48
Typhoid and malaria can present similar symptoms, such as fever and chills, but they are caused by different pathogens. A CBC and Widal test can help indicate typhoid, while a blood smear is essential for malaria diagnosis. Since you've had recurrent fever after starting antibiotics, it's crucial to consult your doctor for further evaluation. They may suggest additional tests or a different treatment plan. Please don't hesitate to seek immediate medical attention for persistent symptoms. Proper guidance from a gastroenterologist is important for recovery.

Female | 21
Your symptoms of vomiting, pain around the belly button, trapped burps, and yellowness may be related to a condition called gastritis. Gastritis is often caused by excessive stomach acid or a bacterial infection and can lead to these symptoms. Eating smaller meals, avoiding spicy foods, and taking antacids can help relieve the discomfort. If your symptoms continue, it's important to consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and treatment.

My sgpt level is 82 it's serious or not
Male | 24
Your SGPT level is 82, which isn't too bad, but it's higher than the usual range. This might indicate problems with your liver such as fatty liver or hepatitis. If you feel tired all the time, unwell, or have pain in the upper right side of your tummy then these symptoms could also be related. To reduce a higher SGPT number in the blood focus on healthy eating habits while avoiding alcohol completely and keeping physically active. For more individualized recommendations it would be best to consult with a doctor.

Hello I am 26 year old male, I recently switched from wheat to barley chapatis and got tight stools due to which near my anus there is a minute swelling and it pains a little when I press it also a bit sizzling is there. Kindly advise some medications and lifestyle changes
Male | 26
You are likely dealing with a problem called anal fissure. This can arise from hard stools and the consequent straining of the bowel movements. For the pain and swelling, start with the treatment of drinking plenty of water and eating more fiber foods, like, for instance, fruits and veggies. You can also get relief with the help of over-the-counter creams. However, if the pain still doesn't go away, should visit a gastroenterologist's office for more tests and treatment.

For your well-being, consider establishing a consistent sleep routine, incorporating relaxation techniques, and maintaining a balanced diet rich in nutrients. Gentle physical activity also supports both sleep quality and liver function. However, it is crucial to consult with a gastroenterologist to assess your individual situation, ensure proper management, and address any underlying health conditions.

Constipation problem 20-25 day
Male | 22
The very common symptoms include: bothering during defecation, being hard as a rock, and being extremely painful. The reasons could be from not getting enough fiber, dehydration, or being a couch potato. If you want to get out of this problem, the best plan is to consume more fruit, vegetables, and whole grains and drink enough water. Regular training for constant mobility can relieve the digestion of indigestible food. If the prescribed remedies do not start showing their effects within a week or two and do not cause severe pain, it is now your turn to take the initiative and consult a gastroenterologist for the medical assessment and assistance that you need.

You may have symptoms of gastritis, which is the inflammation of the stomach lining. Stress, some drugs, and H. pylori infection are common causes of this. For relief, eat smaller portions but more frequently., avoid foods that are spicy or high in acid, and try to manage your stress. There’s also ginger tea that can help with nausea. When these signs won’t go away, seek a gastroenterologist's help.
