Abdominal pain after eating may be caused by the swelling of your intestines, which is a common symptom of Crohn's disease. You may ask your doctor to let you try a different drug that might work better for your condition. The right medication that is most effective for you and is helping with your symptoms should be found out soon. Therefore, you should not forget to tell your doctor about the other treatment possibilities.

I am 38 year old I am suffering from chronic liver chhiroshish. Today's I eat hybrid mangur fish in a small amount as per Google this fish is high led and mercury In one time this is harmful for me
Male | 38
Be aware of consuming high-mercury fish like mangur when you have chronic liver cirrhosis. Even if you have such a liver problem meat, you can have symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and confusion. High mercury toxins are bad for the liver to boot. It is advisable to ignore such sorts of dietary foods rather than eat them. Choose instead of high-mercury alternatives such as salmon or sardines. Whenever you decide to eat a new one, ask your doctor or gastroenterologist first to learn the best possible ways of eating.

I'm 17 years old girl and I have bloating for past 6 days and I had experienced abdominal pain, cramps like menstruation but I don't have menstruation that time, and I had fever, what should I do? Why I have this?
Female | 17
Based on what you've shared, the bloating, cramps, and fever could be due to an intestinal infection, making you feel unwell. Drink plenty of water, rest, and try light foods like plain rice or toast. If your symptoms continue, it's best to visit a gastroenterologist for proper treatment.

Sir mujhe pichle kuch dino se stomach me gas ,stomach jaldi se saaf nahi hota hai .iske saath hi mujhe face ke right side toothache bhi hota hai kabhi kabhi. Kya mere toothache bhi stomach gas ,stomach problem ki wajay se hai. Please sir suggest me treatment and medicine to cure my stomach problems and toothache.
पुरुष | 35
The symptoms you experience, such as gas in the stomach and toothache, can be related to each other in some cases. For gas, some medications such as simethicone, more fiber-infused foods in your meal, and a proper amount of water, can help ease the symptoms. Your toothache might be due to different reasons, for example, cavity or gum issue, which you have to get checked by a dentist. Do not be afraid to talk with the doctor, who can have a proper treatment and guide you.

I have such a stomach ache in the morning. Like loose motion. I have gastritis too. Met an OPD doctor earlier. Then they gave me medicine to drink. Domperidone Bifilac Pantaprazole (Omeprazole) Gaviscon No recovery yet
Male | 18
A tummy ache and diarrhea can be quite uncomfortable, and gastritis can make it worse. Gastritis is when the stomach lining gets irritated, causing pain. The medicine you have should help, but it may take time. In the meantime, drink plenty of water and stick to bland, easy-to-digest foods. Rest, and if it still bothers you, visit a gastroenterologist.

Is it normal to be experiencing tummy aches every time I eat 3 weeks after having food poisoning?
Female | 32
It's usual for people to experience stomach discomfort after food poisoning. The digestive system remains delicate. Stomach aches following meals could indicate inflammation or irritation in the stomach or intestines. Smaller portions and avoiding spicy or fatty foods are advisable. Staying hydrated and consuming gentle foods like bananas and rice is recommended. However, if symptoms persist, it's crucial to consult a gastroenterologist.

Male | 29
Several things can cause this such as infections, food intolerances, or underlying health issues. Since you haven’t been cured completely by any drugs, it’s good to concentrate on your eating habits. You should stay away from spicy or oily meals and go for those that are easy to digest like rice, bananas, and toast. Ensure that you drink a lot of water so as not to be dehydrated and think about including probiotics in your diet to help with gut health. If this problem continues then please seek medical attention from a gastroenterologist.

Gas formation, bloating heaviness after meal ie. Post meal fullness.please suggest remedy.
Male | 65
It looks like you're experiencing gas, bloating, and a feeling of fullness after eating. This could be due to eating too quickly, swallowing air, or consuming foods that are hard to digest. To reduce these symptoms, try eating more slowly, avoid fizzy drinks, and include probiotic foods like yogurt in your diet. Drinking peppermint tea might also help soothe your stomach.

Acid reflux might cause your chest pain. A lump-in-throat sensation, bloating, and diarrhea after meals are signs. Stomach acid flows back up the food pipe. Smaller meals and avoiding spicy or greasy foods help. Don't lie down after eating. Drink lots of water too. This condition is when stomach acid flows up. Visit a gastroenterologist if the problem continues.

Is pain in left rib cage is serious UTI symptom?
Male | 16
This pain is likely not from a urinary tract infection. UTIs usually cause problems like peeing often, burning when you pee, and cloudy pee. Left rib pain can come from other causes like strained muscles or swelling. If the pain sticks around or gets worse, it's a good idea to see a doctor. They can find out what's causing the pain and give you the right treatment.

Hello I am Seemab Hussain Male 38 I am Suffering from acidity from last 10 Year I used PPI every day to reduce the acid i am also having the issue of bloating and acid reflux.
Male | 38
Stomach acidity is the main cause of these symptoms: heartburn, and bloating. Everyday acid-inhibiting drugs, which are used as a PPI pill, reduce the secretion of acid. In addition to medication, lifestyle modifications such as avoiding spicy foods, eating smaller meals more frequently, and exercising regularly can help control these symptoms. Also, drink plenty of water and do not lie down too soon after eating. If your symptoms persist, discuss other treatment options with a gastroenterologist.

What will happen to my body I am on strike for 24 days not eating food and just take 2 sips of cold water twice a day?
Female | 33
If you don't consume food for a month and only take sips of plain water not very often, your body is going to be very weak. There could be lightheadedness when competent thinking and muscles can even become smaller. In addition to being harmful to your organs, this also can be a matter of life and death. Eat properly to remain healthy. Try to take tiny portions of food and drink water many times in the day.

I was feeling unwell, was given some anti malarial, not much change, later typhoid was suspected, but I didn't do a test. I've been on ciproflaxacin, I feel like going for a blood check up but it might not work since I've been on medicine, am asking for advice
Male | 20
It seems that dealing with a complex situation. Being sick and taking drugs can lead to inaccurate results of a blood test. Knowing exactly what is wrong is necessary for the right treatment. Symptoms of fever, stomach ache and general body weakness are common in both malaria and typhoid. Failing to go through the test may complicate matters further. My advice is to wait for some days after completion of the ciprofloxacin course before going for a blood test. This will enable you to get clearer results about your health status.

You might have a condition known as hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are, in fact, swollen blood vessels in the rectum. They are capable of causing bleeding and discomfort. Straining during bowel movements, chronic constipation, or sitting for too long are the causes of them. To ease the symptom, it is recommended to eat a diet that is rich in fiber, drink enough water, and avoid overexerting yourself when having a bowel movement. In case the symptoms do not go away or become worse, it is important to consult a gastroenterologist for further examination and treatment.

I have piles . I want to help
Male | 18
Hemorrhoids, also known as piles, are enlarged veins located in the anus or rectum area. These swollen vessels may cause discomfort, irritation, and bleeding when having bowel movements. Excess pressure on the blood vessels results in piles forming. Contributing factors include difficulties passing stools, being overweight, or prolonged sitting periods. Preventing piles involves consuming fiber-rich foods, drinking adequate water regularly, and avoiding straining during bowel movements. Incorporating gentle exercises can also prove beneficial. If piles develop, over-the-counter ointments and creams offer relief temporarily. However, consulting a gastroenterologist regarding any concerning symptoms is advisable.

Dealing with not feeling all empty after going to the bathroom and tummy troubles, I get it. Irritable bowel syndrome, or IBS for short, commonly brings these issues. It's a lasting condition needing ongoing care. Cutting out things that trigger it like dairy, spicy eats, and caffeinated drinks might provide relief. Staying active regularly also helps manage symptoms. Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids and de-stress, as these can worsen IBS.
