Illness can affect your periods, leading to irregular bleeding, tiredness, cramps, and abnormal flow. Rest and self-care can help, but if the irregularity continues, it's important to consult a gynecologist. Menstrual changes are a way for your body to signal something, so paying attention is key.

I am a 23 year old female I am experiencing ache in body feeling sick and tired I finished my period 8 days ago but had sex on Sunday
Female | 23
Body aches, feeling sick, and being tired after your period are not uncommon as your body goes through its adjustments. But if you had sex recently and these symptoms are new, it's good to think about the possibility of a pregnancy. These symptoms can sometimes occur early in pregnancy. It's essential to get a pregnancy test for reassurance. Don't forget, if you're anxious or don't have any doubts, it's preferable to consult a gynecologist for more help.

I have unprotected sex on 3rd day of period but he finished outside. Should i buy emergency contraception?
Female | 27
Certainly, you should take the pill of emergency birth control maximum in 72 hours since an unprotected sex to avoid unwanted pregnancy. I recommend that you consult a gynecologist for more directions and to get on various procedures.

I have missed my period for two months now but I'm not pregnant
Female | 20
Missing your period does not necessarily mean pregnancy. Stress, weight fluctuations, hormone imbalances – these could also impact menstruation. Additionally, if you experience acne flare-ups, excess hair growth, or headaches , it could indicate an underlying condition. Relax, eat wholesome foods, and stay active. If this problem persists, consider consulting a gynecologist for proper diagnosis.

my stomach has stayed bloated for the past 4 days now. i felt flutter like kicks for about 3 seconds last night whilst laying down in bed. it feels full i took a pregnancy test and it came back and said on the stick “not pregnant” but i only tested once. i’m supposed to be due on my period but my periods have always been irregular. some months though have been on time most haven’t. my period did come very very early at the start of july. the last day of my period before that for example, was on 28th june and then came back for 3 days starting on 12th july. i haven’t really had extreme pain or discomfort, only slightly but i never really experience discomfort/pain when i’m supposed to be due on they’re always very minor.
Female | 21
You may be presenting symptoms of bloating and irregular periods. There are many causes for bloating, including, among other things, gas and constipation. To some people, irregular periods can be part of the norm. The fluttering you sensed may be due to muscle contractions. Talk with a gynecologist if the symptoms continue or worsen for more recommendations.

What allergy medications are safe for me to take at 8 weeks pregnant?
Female | 21
Medications taken during the pregnancy must be preserved with caution. While the use of some medications is being discouraged during pregnancy, there are a few that are proven safe for use including old antihistamines like loratadine or cetirizine. It is highly recommended to contact an obstetrician or a gynecologist to discuss your case and get specific recommendations.

Hi i had unprotected sex 4 days after my period ended and my partner pulled out long before climaxing and I took an ipill at the 25th hour. 7 days after taking the ipill. Im having light bleeding which is brownish. Should i worry about pregnancy?
Female | 26
Here's some info about that brownish bleeding: it's likely due to the emergency pill's hormones. Not pregnancy. Your body reacts with spotting. Stay cool, and watch for changes. If you have any worries, visit a gynecologist.

I am 16 years old & my period ended 2 days ago and in those two days I haved brown blood & i don’t know why.
Female | 16
Having brown blood after your cycle is normal because it might just be old blood that has been sitting around. Sometimes, some blood can take longer to fully come out of your system. Hormonal changes or spotting may also cause this. Be sure to drink fluids, eat healthy foods, and get plenty of rest. If it continues or is painful, talk with a trusted adult or go see a gynecologist for help.

Its unlikely that you are pregnant if you have taken the emergency contraceptive pill within 72 hours. Check with a gynecologist if your symptoms are persistent.

Hi i saw my period beginning of last month and i saw it last week now I'm seeing it again what can i do?
Female | 19
Seeing your period twice monthly can feel frustrating. Hormonal imbalance, stress, weight changes, or medications might cause this. If experiencing heavy bleeding, severe cramps, or dizziness, rest, drink lots of water, and eat iron-rich foods to replenish your body. Keep tracking periods; if this continues, speak with a gynecologist.

After 26 day of periods there any possibility to get pregnant
Female | 24
Getting pregnant 26 days after your period starts is quite unlikely. That's close to when you ovulate, which means your body releases an egg. Most people have menstrual cycles around 28 days long, but cycles can differ. If your cycle is shorter, there's a tiny chance of pregnancy. If your periods are irregular, it's best to talk to a gynecologist.

My question abut sex. Maine aaj apni gf ke private part me apna private part dal diya. Uske bad uska blood nikal ne lga, dal ke turant nikal diya use kya woh pregnant ho skti h kya
Male | 25
Pregnancy doesn’t happen instantly. The bleeding your girlfriend had might be from irritation or tearing of the tissue. She won’t necessarily get pregnant because of this. However, it’s best to use protection next time to be sure. If the bleeding persists or she experiences any other symptoms, she should consult a gynecologist.

i have done with tubectomy but my period missed and i have pregnancy symptoms and i have a pregnancy test but it was negative but still i have symptoms
Female | 23
If you're experiencing symptoms like missed periods and pregnancy-like feelings, despite a negative test, don't worry. Stress and hormonal shifts can sometimes mimic those sensations. Still, it's wise to consult your gynecologist about any concerns. They'll examine you thoroughly to ensure all is well.

It's an 38 year old women having adenomyosis and her gynaecologist give her tabzyme and methix tablet for one month but the condition is not cured then she done again with ultrasound and fined adenomyosis now she wants to start again the tablets methix and tabzyme kindly suggest me if she do that???
Female | 38
You have adenomyosis. It causes heavy periods, pain in your pelvic area, and bloating. The tablets from your gynecologist help with symptoms. It was good to get another ultrasound to confirm adenomyosis. Your gynecologist may restart the medication or try other treatments based on your situation.

I am pregnant 11weeks and do not have pains that i have at the first 10 weeks is it normal?
Female | 29
Many women start feeling better as they get further along in their pregnancies. For most people, symptoms such as being tired all the time or feeling sick usually ease off around now too. But if anything is worrying you or if anything new has started then tell your gynecologist about it.

Good day , I need help concerning my fertility/health I am a 27 year old farmable I have never had my periods since birth and my body structure is more of a 13 year old with small boobs , no pubic hair .I went to a local gynaecologist and the told me my uterus is 2.8x 0.7x 1.6x cm is this normal? The medical record also says no ovaries demonstrated and no fluid collection noted. Kindly clarify for me this please.
Female | 27
It seems like your delayed puberty is the reason for your period being late or not starting at all. You have a small uterus and no ovaries could be a situation like Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome. This syndrome can be a cause for the reproductive organs not to develop properly. It would be best if you see another gynecologist for further evaluation and management options.

Im 16 year old female and i started having irregular periods since i dont know how many months but they used to be regular before. My previous cycle was 25 days and the one before it was 35 days, now its been 37 days and i still havent gotten my period.
Female | 16
A variety of things can cause irregular periods, including hormonal imbalances, stress, significant weight changes, or conditions such as PCOS. Cycles are usually a little unequal – if this persists though, it might be worth talking about with your gynecologist. They’ll be able to work out why and what to do next.

I took ipill on 6th april amd 8 days after that i got withdrawl bleeding but after that I didn’t get my normal periods till now The withdrawl bleeding was not heavy and was max for 2 days Last week on Sunday i did UPT but it was negative
Female | 21
Following the usage of some pills like I-pill, the period variation is ordinary. There are some times when it will take longer for the periods to be regular again. The reproductive system can be affected by being in a state of tension that is caused by either mental or emotional stress. We can not rule out other causes of the delay in menstruation therefore if you are concerned about anything it is advisable to see a gynecologist.

I am 22yrs. I am on Nur injection but I didn't go on my next appointment on the 30th of April. I was active on the 22nd of May what are the chances of being pregnant?
Female | 22
If you didn't go for your Nur injection on 30th April and then had intercourse on 22nd May then you might be pregnant. The signs could be missed periods, nausea, fatigue, or breast tenderness. Missing birth control can lead to pregnancy. My recommendation would be to take a home pregnancy test and contact your gynecologist for advice.

I've had sex and after 3 days I have periods but next month it's 10 days up from the normal date of regular periods.
Female | 20
The post-sex period change is pretty common to girls, you know. One potential reason could be due to a change in hormonal regulation, while another may be stress at school. If you experience any undesirable symptoms, such as pain, lightheadedness, or a different odor, a gynecologist will need to check you.
