It is not unusual for the untreated cut marks to turn into scars. Maybe the diluted glycerine solution will not be sufficient to help. You can consider adding some aloe vera gel to speed up the healing. Ensure the cut area is cleansed and well moisturized to let nature do the rest of the healing.

Acne cysts are the most severe form of acne which need immediate attention for they may lead to permanent acne scars. Intralesional corticosteroid injections are given into the acne nodules and cysts are drained for faster resolution of nodules and cysts. Diagnosing and treatment of underlying cause is essential to resolve the acne. Oral retinoids are to be recommended in your case. If hair fall is an issue, Dermatologist may recommend blood tests like serum ferritin, vitamin B12, TSH, vitamin D etc which may be the cause of hair fall. Using the right hair supplements with doctor’s prescription according to the deficiencies, may help treat the hair fall concern. Topical solutions containing Capixyl, Minoxidil etc are also recommended to control hair shedding and promote hair growth.

My baby daughter whose age is 2 years and 10 months got some rashes ( without irritation/itching) two weeks back. Pediatrician recommended atarax, a to z syrup and one dose of ivermectin/albendazole syrup. They decreased for two days and again came on second day. Then he proposed predone syrup. They went away from then. After three to four days further we stopped medication as suggested by pediatrician. Now it is 14th day. Today morning again slight rashes appeared. But not like earlier.
