nose acne treatment

I am 19 year old and I had pimples on my face. I was using benzoyl peroxide and faceclin gel which was prescribed by my doc and it worked but now I have pimple marks and acne too appears on my face every now and then. The biggest problem is my nose it has many closed comedones I believe and a black mark which looks ugly. I think I am going into depression because of my skin please suggest me something.

Please don't worry. The marks on your face and the active acne can be easily taken care with some creams and oral medication. You can also opt for some salicylic acid peels which would help with active acne as well as with the acne marks . For more information you can visit best dermatologist near you.

Female | 22

Hair fall can often occur due to changing shampoos or using harsh products. This indicates your scalp might be sensitive now. To combat this, try a gentle shampoo without harsh chemicals. Strengthening your scalp and reducing hair fall requires patience. Eating a vitamin-rich, healthy diet supporting hair health is crucial.

I am 19 years old. I have pigmentation around my mouth.what should I do now.can you give me any cream please

Female | 19

Pigmentation is a condition that can be compared to skin getting a different tone in some areas. It may be caused by environmental factors like the sun, changing hormonal levels, or it is sometimes the skin's natural characteristic. A cream infused with ingredients such as niacinamide or kojic acid would help to lighten the pigmentation. Remember to wear sunscreen every day to improve your skin health.

Hello doc, My problem is that I have several dark spots and pimples on my face. I had tried several topical medication it didn't work out and my skin colour got blackened. Can I have a solution for this, In quick period of time.

Male | 20

I advise you to follow a proper skincare routine which includes washing your face twice a day with gentle cleanser and using a moisturizer that suits your skin type. Also, while going out wear a sunscreen with at least SPF of 30. Also, exfoliating 1-2 times a week can help. And avoid touching or squeezing your pimples as this can make your problem worse. For more help and guidance regarding your dark spots, I recommend visiting a dermatologist. I hope this proved helpful.

My baby is 1.8yr old girl...she got fine hairs at her private part and underarms and little facial hair also...it's from birth....her dad also got much hairy skin..is it normal about her

Female | 1

It’s normal for your 1.8-year-old daughter to have fine hair in those areas. It could be because her dad is hairy – sometimes it runs in the family. These hairs are not a problem and do not require any treatment. As she gets older these hairs may become thicker, but that is fine too.

I am facing severe hairfall...So I had my test for vitamin levels. Vitamin b12 is 178 pg/ml and vitamin D total is 20 ng/ml. Is this the cause of my hairfall and how can I improve these vitamin levels?

Male | 24

Vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency lead to hair loss. It is advised that you see a dermatologist and an endocrinologist for a thorough examination and treatment.
