When you're having trouble pooping, it could be constipation. Your poop is dark and dry. Pooping is painful. This happens if your poop is moving too slowly through your body. You may not be drinking enough liquid. Or eating enough fiber. Drink more water. Eat fruits and veggies to help soften your poop. Talk to a gastroenterologist if this problem continues after trying to fix it yourself.

blood on toilet paper male
Male | 23
While seeing blood on the tissue after going to the bathroom may seem to be a scary moment, it is crucial to stay calm. Allergic tearing or straining during defecation may lead to such things. Another possibility may be the presence of hemorrhoids, which are inflammation of blood vessels in the same body region. To alleviate this, add more fiber to your meals and increase your water consumption to finish the job without difficulty. If it doesn't go away, consult a gastroenterologist.

You might have an H. pylori infection. This bacteria can cause stomach pain, make your belly feel uncomfortable, and even cause a heavy head or cold sweats after meals. It can also lead to stomach ulcers. The good news is that it can be treated with a combination of antibiotics and acid-relief medication. Be sure to follow your doctor’s instructions and complete the full course of treatment to fully eliminate the bacteria. y.

Abdominal pain after eating may be caused by the swelling of your intestines, which is a common symptom of Crohn's disease. Bad stomach bloating and intestine pain, medication not working.
Male | 42
The information you've given suggests you're having a case of bloating and pain in the intestines that your medication cannot fix. One of the causes of bloating and intestinal pain may be rushing the eating process, food intolerances, or digestive problems. Small your meals gradually to allow the digestive system to adapt, cut out the foods that bloat you, and drink enough water to relieve your symptoms. If the pain is still present, visiting a gastroenterologist can be necessary to see other reasons that might be the cause.

Hello. I am 23 years old and I've had heartburn for more than 3 years. Last year in April I took Dexilant 60mg for about 2 weeks and my symptoms were gone for about 2 months. However, the symptoms started coming back after that and I've been having heartburn almost every day since then. I've occasionally been using Pepcid Complete for my symptoms but I know that this isn't a permanent solution. So can you please tell me when I should be worried about heartburn and what kind of treatments are there for heartburn?
Male | 23
Seek medical attention as it could indicate an underlying issue like GERD. It can be treated with lifestyle changes, over the counter medications (antacids and H2 blockers), and prescription medications. Untreated heartburn can lead to complications, so don't delay seeking help. Consult with a gastroenterologist.

I have two to three bowel movements every morning First hard toilet followed by soft toilet It has been going on for two to three months Taking gas medicine helps sometimes
Male | 25
It appears that you may be suffering from irritable bowel syndrome or IBS. This means that you can shift between hard or soft stools without feeling bloated. The main reason behind IBS is unknown but stress and specific foods might set it off. To control your signs, try having balanced meals, doing exercises oftentimes a week as well as managing any stress that comes up in life. It would also help if you sought help by talking with a gastroenterologist about what more they would advise.
