From what you said you are usually on the period for a long time, and now you have no period for a month. This in turn can be reasons such as stress, gaining or losing some weight, or hormonal imbalance, among others. Other signs to spot are mood swings and skin complaints. Be sure to lead a healthy lifestyle and talk to a gynecologist.

Female | 23
You might have a disorder called menorrhagia, that is having heavy periods with clots. This problem may be due to hormonal imbalances or issues with the uterus. The heavy bleeding and clots you experienced may have caused some disturbances in your normal menstrual cycle. Consulting a doctor is essential for further evaluation and management. Treatments including hormonal therapy and procedures to deal with heavy bleeding can be the options that these doctors will mention to you.

Female | 16
It's understandable to feel anxious about your menstrual cycle, especially when you're experiencing stress and uncertainty. From what you've described, it sounds like you had a period, but slightly late. Periods can vary in color and consistency, and dark brown or black blood is normal at the beginning or end of your cycle. Taking a pregnancy test two weeks after your period is generally considered accurate. Clear blue tests are reliable when used correctly, so if they show negative results, it's likely right. However, if you're still feeling anxious, you can always take another test for peace of mind. Stressing yourself isn't beneficial for your overall well-being. It's essential to find ways to manage stress and focus on self-care. Remember, irregularities in your menstrual cycle can happen for various reasons, including stress. If you're still concerned or experiencing persistent symptoms, consider reaching out to a gynecologist for further guidance and support.

I had my period on 7 january. On 12th january i had unprotected sex, but my partner didn't cum inside. i took ipill on 13 January. Again I got periods on 19 January. I haven't yet got periods on February. Is there any concern regarding pregnancy? or is it just delayed period?
Female | 28
There could be a delay in menstrual cycle because of many reasons like stress, hormonal problems and some medical conditions. Nevertheless, you had no protection thus pregnancy is always a possibility for you. A pregnancy test and a visit to the gynecologist will be necessary for proper evaluation. They help you in knowing what to do and also give medical advice.

I am currently on the Evra birth control patches. I put one on once a week for three weeks and on the 4th week I wear none and get my period. However I am on holidays and forgot to bring my patches. I currently have my week 1 patch on and the time has come to change it, what should i do ?
Female | 18
If you have missed more than 24 hours of the change time that was determined for you, then your protection against pregnancy might not be optimal. It is therefore advisable to use an alternative contraceptive method for the next one week and immediately seek medical attention from your obstetrician-gynecologist. They can also tell you what to do further and ensure that you are still safe from pregnancy.

A few days ago I was intimate with my girlfriend but now her periods have been delayed by 2 days, I am worried whether she is pregnant or not.
Female | 22
The reason for delayed periods may be other than pregnancy, for example, mental disturbances, body being with travel and some hospital procedures, hormone disorders, or other reasons. You can always consult a gynecologist for further details.

Having periods after 11 days of intercourse... Any chance of pregnancy?
Female | 17
A woman could be pregnant if she gets a menstrual cycle after having sex for 11 days, but other times, this is not the reason behind it. You can see cramps in this regard or some bleeding that is not typical of a period. This may be due to the changes in your hormones, or there may be other issues that have lead to this. To diagnose the situation, it's advisable to take the pregnancy test a few weeks after the last time you had sex. Although it's not necessary to have periods after 11 days each month of the sexual act, it does occur sometimes, but it's not always indicative of pregnancy.

Stress, shifts in your routine, diet, or exercise can all have an impact on your menstrual cycle. Your body is getting used to the new changes. Track your period on a calendar. If you have any abnormal symptoms like severe pain, heavy bleeding, or irregular cycles for a long time, it is good to see a gynecologist.

Having yeastinfections that recurring every 2 month.i have try candid-v, fluconoazole.
Female | Khadiza
This is how yeast infections occur: when a fungus called Candida grows too much. Itching, burning, and unusual discharge are all symptoms. Tight clothes, antibiotics, and being immunocompromised can all cause them. You can prevent having so many yeast infections by wearing cotton underwear, not douching, and eating right. If they persist, visit a gynecologist.

hello doctor Is there any possibility of pregnancy if the precum comes in contact with the vagina but indirectly. That is if a person gives a handjob to his partner but there is no ejaculation or semen and a very little possibility of precum , and after a few minutes the same hand comes in contact with the vagina, then I took an emergency contraceptive pill within 24 hours.what are the chances of getting pregnant. please take it on priority basis
Female | 27
Getting pregnant has a very low chance here. Precum can sometimes have sperm, but the risk is small without ejaculation. Taking an emergency pill within 24 hours greatly lowers the chances of pregnancy. Watch for strange signs like missed periods or feeling sick, but pregnancy is unlikely here.

I’m 27 year old women for me 14 days period late I tested in pregnancy kit it’s negative 3 times But I have dizziness can’t control my hunger bloating
Female | 27
It’s usual to be concerned if your period is overdue, but it can also be caused by stress or hormonal changes. The negative pregnancy tests have usually been right, but it’s better to be safe. Hormone changes may cause dizziness, increased hunger, or bloating. You should eat well and drink plenty of water. If these things don’t go away, you might want to see a gynecologist for more peace of mind.

Can I be having cervical cancer
Female | 35
Cervical cancer can happen, but there's no need to worry—it's treatable if caught early. Potential signs include unusual bleeding, discharge, pain during intimacy, or pelvic aches. The primary cause is often specific strains of the HPV virus. Regular gynecologist visits and Pap smears can help detect any issues early. Stay on top of your screenings to protect your health.

I'm 19 year old girl Mere private part me bahut jalan, khujli or badbu aa rhi hai please bataiye kya karu iska ilaj kya hai
Female | 19
You may have a yeast infection, which can cause dizziness, blisters, and a foul odor in the intimate zone. This is typical for younger girls. Yeast infections can occur when there is an excess of yeast and a deficiency of the good bacteria in that region. You can try using antifungal creams that you can buy over the counter or ask your guardian to help you get one from the pharmacy. Prefer cotton underwear, steer clear of tight clothes, and ensure the area is clean and dry. If the symptoms don't disappear, it's better to consult a gynecologist for more treatment.

I'm female Uti is confirmed after getting pain in pelvic puss cells are present using medicine still it is getting mucus in urine
Female | 23
You likely have a urinary tract infection. UTIs cause pain and pus in urine. Even after medicine, you may see mucus. This means the infection isn't gone. It's crucial to finish all antibiotics from your doctor. Doing so clears the infection fully. Also, drink lots of water to flush it out. If symptoms don't improve, see a gynecologist again for further tests.

Beta hCG level 0.30 mlU/mL After 23 days of unprotected sex And 37 days of last menstrual cycle Blood loss vaginally after 33 days of last menstrual cycle is it period or implantation blood. Bcz the amount of blood is very low and colour of blood is little bit change.
Female | 20
Considering the beta hCG value of 0.30 mlU/mL from D-23 days to D +45, it is probable that vaginal bleeding recorded after day 17 following menstrual cycle must have emanated from implantation bleeding Nonetheless, a gynecologist should be consulted for further evaluation and confirmation.

My hcg level stated that it’s 335, meaning I should be 2 weeks along however my period I yet to come in 2-3 days. Scan revealed nothing . My last period was in 16tg October. Could I be pregnant ?
Female | 23
BASED on your hCG level, YOU could be pregnant... However, the scan DIDN'T show anything yet... Your last period was on 16th October, so it's possible you're just a little over 2 weeks pregnant... You should wait a few more days and take another test... If it's positive, schedule an appointment with your doctor.

I have a yeast infection and have been treating it with strovid at first and now ketocon azole pill and cream but the discharge is not stopping.. What more can I do?
Female | 24
It is necessary to take into account the fact that yeast infections don’t react to the therapies in the same way for all people. Although Strovid and ketoconazole are the most popular ways to treat yeast infections, these treatments may not be for everyone. I would suggest seeking a reliable gynecologist or dermatologist.

I went on my period twice this month, is that normal?
Female | 21
Your period arriving twice in a month can feel unexpected. However, it sometimes occurs for certain individuals. Potential causes may include hormone imbalances, heightened stress levels, or weight fluctuations. In some cases, underlying conditions like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) could contribute. If you experience abnormal symptoms accompanying this, such as severe discomfort or excessive bleeding, seeking guidance from a gynecologist for proper evaluation becomes crucial.
