Skin can get itchy and small bumps may appear. This could be eczema. A cold might trigger these issues. The cough and blood smell from your throat relate to being sick. Moisturize skin to ease itching and bumps. Don't scratch. Drink lots of fluids. If problems persist, visit a dermatologist. They can diagnose your condition and develop a treatment plan.

I have lots of active acne and acne marks all over on my face . If one gets better then another is coming. Also face is getting darker than my actual skin tobe and looks very dull .How to get rid of those problems
Female | 26
The skin issue you're experiencing is likely acne, a common skin condition. Acne happens when hair follicles get clogged due to extra oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria. This can lead to pimples, blackheads, or acne scars, and may also cause dark spots due to inflammation.
To improve your skincare routine, start with a gentle cleanser. Avoid touching your face often and try products with ingredients like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Also, try to limit sun exposure. If you need more help, visit a dermatologist.

I'm 20 year old male i had this pimple on my nose which is not going away since six months it crusts and comes back again it shows symptoms of squamous cell carcinoma please help
Male | 20
A pimple that won't disappear and crusts on your nose for six months may be a warning for something more serious. Squamous cell carcinoma, which is a form of skin cancer, can sometimes appear like this. It requires a doctor's attention. This may include a biopsy to confirm the diagnosis and a dermatologist may also suggest the best treatment which can be surgery or other options.

Dandruff issue.having it for 3-4;years What diet and medicines should I take?
Female | 18
Dealing with dandruff is an irritating experience. It appears as annoying white flakes on your scalp. The causes can be dry skin or a fungus named Malassezia. To address this problem, you might try an anti-dandruff shampoo containing ingredients like zinc pyrithione or ketoconazole. These shampoos are designed to be gentle on your scalp. Additionally, consuming a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals can contribute to a healthy scalp condition. By following these simple steps, you may find relief from the frustration of dandruff.

I am 26 year old Female. I have acne scars from past 2-3 months. I was using Clear gel ointment on them. The scars have reduced but still the skin is not getting clear. Prior to this I never had acne. Also my skin is normal type not at all acne prone or oily skin. Please suggest some Medication or ointment for clear skin. I have started following a skincare routine with Cleansing Toning Vitamin C serum Eye cream Moisturizer and Sunscreen.
Female | 26
The best way to get clear skin is to use a gentle skincare routine that includes cleansing, toning, exfoliating, and moisturizing. To help reduce the appearance of acne scars, you may also want to consider using a product with ingredients like retinol, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid to help reduce inflammation, promote collagen production, and improve hydration levels. Additionally, you may want to consider using a gentle exfoliating scrub or mask, such as a clay mask, to help remove dead skin cells, unclog pores, and brighten skin. Lastly, you may want to consider using a topical spot treatment with ingredients like salicylic acid to help reduce inflammation and break down any remaining acne scarring.

Hello this is Kalyan age 21 male, I've been fighting with acne for a period of 3years and even more. Tried different medications , remedies didn't worked, finally consulted a dermatologist, he recommended using Zitblow 10mg, it worked for an extent after being used for 1 years but the problem is there were still black heads on my cheeks which are stubborn and difficult to remove. I'm hoping to get some solution to the problem. Currently I'm not using any of the medications except for the cream called Acne star.
Male | 21
One of the leading causes of acne is that hair follicles get clogged with oil and dead skin cells. Acne results in blackheads which are the most ideal from the opening of the hair follicle. However, you can be sure that Zitblow 10mg is a really good option. The other options may contain a very gentle exfoliator to clear out the blackheads, but you need to be careful not to damage your skin. In addition, adhering to a really good skincare routine, exfoliating your face, and keeping it clean also can be beneficial to minimize the prospect of blackheads at an early stage.

I am in a constant state of allergy/sinus attacks. Just about everyday and if not everyday, ever other, I’m congested sneezing running nose and constant irritation to my face along with my face feeling hot. I have cats but have had them for 5 years and this is just now a problem within the last 10 months.
Female | 24
You might be suffering from allergies - which could be the main reason for your never-ending sinus problems. Allergies can arise at any moment, even though you have become accustomed to living with your cat for a long time. The cat dander might be the one causing your symptoms to flare up. One way to improve your condition is to use an air purifier, keep your home tidy, and take the antihistamines prescribed by a dermatologist.

Experiencing painful cracked corners of mouth, a condition which is also known as angular stomatitis, might be intolerable. This kind of condition might be brought about by a number of reasons such as vitamin deficiency, yeast infection, or drooling. The main symptoms involve the appearances of redness, swelling, and sores at the corners of the mouth. Ways to get it healed include keeping the area dry, applying the lip balm, and eating a balanced diet that has fruits and vegetables high in vitamins.

Acne management is a comprehensive approach. That acquires removing of oil using proper facewash, containing salicylic acid, or lactic acid, then avoiding oiling of the scalpels and using tropicals containing cleaner and antibiotics and if hormonal imbalances there, that has to be corrected. So please visit our nearest dermatologist for the same.

My sister has a severe allergy to benzoyl peroxide. Her face and neck were swelling in the area of contact last night.
Female | 37
An allergic response occurs when your body sees a substance as harmful. It swells to shield itself. Her swelling shows benzoyl peroxide triggered an allergic reaction. Dodging benzoyl peroxide products and consulting a dermatologist about alternative treatments that won't cause an allergy is wise.

My husband took 20mg of Certrizan at once! For his allergies, will it harm him?
Male | 50
Among the side effects of taking 20mg of Certrizan this is one. Some symptoms can be drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, and a headache. The most common reason such a condition occurs is the high dose. It's better to take the daily dose prescribed which is usually 10mg. Your husband should know that drinking lots of water and resting is the best way to recover. If no improvement is observed or if the side effects are becoming more severe find help from a dermatologist.

It sounds like you may have acne and skin condition like seborrheic dermatitis. To manage these conditions wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser. My boyfriend has an infected wound in his calf which started of as a small itchy spot that later became a red spot and later an infected wound that's made his the surrounding area swollen right down to his ankles. The glands in his groin are now painful too. Please advise what type of antibiotic would be suitable for this?
Male | 41
Your boyfriend may have a severe skin infection that’s spreading. The redness, swelling, and pain—coupled with swollen glands in the groin—indicate that it might be a bacterial infection. To cure this, he may require a course of antibiotics such as penicillin or cephalosporin which can help to fight off the infection. It is important to seek medical attention as soon as possible to avoid further complications.

"I am 22 years old and have noticed a small, painful lump on the right side of my chin. I've been smoking for the past two months, and a few days ago, I was in an accident where I landed on my right side. The lump is painful when I press on the bone side of my chin. Could you help me determine whether this might be something serious, like cancer, or if it could be related to the recent trauma from the accident ?
Male | 22
Your doctor might be right when he says you have a painful lump on your chin that is a manifestation of the recent trauma from your accident. The fact that it hurts when you press on the bone side of your chin suggests that the impact you experienced is the cause of it. Given your young age, it's less likely to be a malignant tumor. To be safe, try applying a cold compress to help with the pain and swelling. If the lump doesn't improve or worsens, you should go to a dermatologist for another opinion.

i am 17 year male and i am suffering from moderate phimosis suggest some steriod cream or tropical create to get rid of it
Male | 17
It seems like you're going through an issue of moderate phimosis which indicates that the foreskin is too tight and cannot be retracted. This can lead to discomfort or pain during activities such as biting water and cleaning. Use of a steroid cream like Betamethasone is likely to be helpful in loosening the skin. A dermatologist will guide you on the right amount of cream to use and where to apply it.

Male | 18
It seems you have several health issues. All these might be connected with different things. The reason for the bad smell on the skin may be due to sweat or bacteria. Dry skin or a fungus can cause dandruff. Cavity comes from eating sugary food. Back pain could come from bad posture; stomach trouble could be caused by what you eat or stress. Also having an appendix problem may make it hurt when you use the toilet.
