What antibiotic is best for infected calf wound?
My boyfriend has an infected wound in his calf which started of as a small itchy spot that later became a red spot and later an infected wound that's made his the surrounding area swollen right down to his ankles. The glands in his groin are now painful too. Please advise what type of antibiotic would be suitable for this?
