It looks as if you are feeling uncomfortable because of an inflammation of your mouth, which may be due to sores, pain, or sensitivity. The most common of these are a result of the consumption of substances like chewing tobacco. The best thing to do is to clean your teeth using a good dental floss, do not use spicy or acidic foods.

I am kennedy...and for years i have been taking ant acids when am in an occasion...or during travelling....my mind thought it was acid in the stomach, wen i take ant acid..there is no gas formation in the stomach and no regular farts. So i came to find that wen i take food like beans i expect to have more acid and farts but thats not the case...the farts has no smell...just stomach gas then a sound then a fart...

You've had gas in your tummy without a funky smell. This is normal, it occurs when our bodies process the food we eat. Some foods like beans tend to make more gas. To reduce the gassy feeling, try eating slower. Also, ditch fizzy drinks and split your meals into smaller portions.

Will dorn therapy helps in curing ibs/ibd disease because am taking dorn treatment till now 12 sessions completed but no improvement.

Male | 24

Ibd and Ibs are complex conditions that involve inflammation and dysfunction of the gastrointestinal system. They require medical management and treatment approaches that are specific to these conditions. Treatment for IBD and IBS needs a combination of medication, dietary modifications, lifestyle changes, and sometimes psychological support.
While alternative therapies and complementary approaches may have their benefits it's crucial to rely on evidence based treatments for conditions as complex as Ibd and Ibs.

These are the symptoms of acid reflux or GERD chest burns. Consider seeing a gastroenterologist for an assessment. Symptoms can be relieved by not consuming spicy or acidic foods, losing weight, and elevating the head while sleeping.

Hi I am a 21 year old female who has been travelling in Europe for 1 months. I have been having diarrhoea for the past week on and off and have been taking anti diarrhoea tablets. These block me up and cause stomach cramps. What would you recommend? Thank you

Female | 21

From what you've been saying, the diagnosis could be you having traveler's diarrhea, a typical thing when exposed to new places. Anti-diarrhea pills can make things worse by stopping your body from getting rid of the bad stuff that causes stomach cramps. It is best to replenish your fluids by drinking clean water and consuming sports drinks or oral rehydration solutions that contain electrolytes. Stick to the basics, bland foods like rice, bananas, and toast for a while until things settle down. If your symptoms persist, consult your physician for medical advice.

I’ve been experiencing pain on the left side of my stomach just below my ribs and my back also. It gets worse when I don’t eat

Female | 21

Pain on the left side of the stomach below the ribs, which worsens when not eating, could be caused by various factors. It could be gastrointestinal issues, like gastritis, or pancreatitis, among others. It could also be related to kidney problems, muscle strains, or other conditions. But you need to get a proper examination done to determine the cause .
