The morning after pill can sometimes throw your monthly cycle off. That might explain the pregnancy positive you got! But don't worry yet. Wait a bit, then test again to check for sure. If things still seem weird or worrying, go see a gynecologist. They'll know the right way to help you understand what's going on.
