What contraceptive can I use for PCOS amenorrhea?
I have 5months secondary amenorhea due to PCOS and I have sex, what contraceptive can I use?

You can consider birth control. It can regulate periods and manage symptoms. Combined oral contraceptives contain hormones that prevent pregnancy and regulate cycles. Always consult a gynecologist to choose the best option for you.

i have a doubt related period and birth control and need assist
Female | 16
Irregularities in periods are sometimes noticed on the pill. This can be due to the hormones in the birth control that control the menstrual cycle. Common signs of periods not being regular can be spotting between periods, heavier or lighter bleeding than usual, and changes in the timing of your period. Consult a gynecologist if you are worried. They can assist you in determining whether the birth control needs to be changed or if further tests are required.

Which triphasil tablet do i take to prevent my period from starting
Female | 38
To prevent your period from starting, you should take the blue triphasil tablet from the pack. By taking this tablet, your body is prevented from releasing the egg, which can be the reason behind the delay of your period. The scenario becomes bright when you have a special event or a trip planned, and you don't want your period to come. Triphasil is safe to use for this purpose, but you should always follow the instructions and take the pills every day at the same time.

My wife had her period start on August 4th and we had sex using the pull-out method on August 8th, during her period. She has a 35-day menstrual cycle. She is not experiencing any pregnancy symptoms. We had sex again on September 3rd, also using the pull-out method. Can you please assess the likelihood of pregnancy? Starting tomorrow, she is experiencing white discharge, uterine pain, mood swings, and fluctuating feelings of cold and hot.
Female | 19
The odds of conception are slim because of the period you had sex, which is a less fertile time. The symptoms she is showing now could be a result of hormonal changes, which is especially true if her period is soon arriving. White discharge is a usual dark and mood swings and temperature changes are possible with hormone fluctuations. See that she drinks enough water, sleeps enough, and applies a heating pad if her uterine pain bothers her.

I had my last periods on June 17 till now I didn't get periods
Female | 23
It's common for periods to be irregular sometimes. Stress, changes in weight, or hormonal imbalances can be the reasons for irregularity. If you have other symptoms like fatigue, headaches, or acne, you might have a hormonal imbalance. To help regulate your period, eat good food, exercise, and reduce stress. If this continues, it's best to check in with a gynecologist.

I recently had an abortion due to unhealthy pregnancy and I have taken medicine on 11may.so can i have sex with condom.is there any risk or its safe
Female | 26
When you have had a termination and taken some drugs, your body will need time to get better. It is important not to rush into having sex again too soon. Use a condom each time you have sex after an abortion to protect against infections. Take it easy and pay attention to your body’s signals – if something doesn’t feel right, stop. Talk to a doctor if there are any problems or if things don’t seem to be going back to normal.

"Hi, l'm seeking some clarity about my health. Last month, I experienced vaginal soreness and white discharge, and I visited a clinic. The doctor examined me, saw the discharge, and assumed it was an STI without running any tests. She prescribed me some pills, but a month later, the symptoms returned. I went for testing this time, and surprisingly, my results came back negative for STls. I'm confused and worried about what might be causing my symptoms. Could it be a different infection, a reaction to the pills, or something else entirely? I'd appreciate your help in figuring out what's going on and finding a solution."
Female | 20
Vaginal soreness and white discharge can be due to various reasons other than STls. Nonetheless, great that you had a test, and one that was negative it is likely that you got another vaccine - like a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. These can provide the same symptoms but the treatment is different. Consult a gynecologist for more tests and correct medication.

My labia left side (upperlips of vagina ) its lump گلٹی are moveable If it is shaken, it also moves back and forth and inside the skin and no pain When standing, it doesn't even have lump but when you sit, you realize that it is available here. felt by touching Isn't this dangerous? am unmarried
Female | 22
It could be a cyst used as a fluid-filled sack. It might pop up in your chair when you sit down and put pressure to take the test. The cyst is common and usually goes away on its own, but if it bothers you, you can soothe it by gently applying heat or seeing a gynecologist.

My baby has been born still birth last week through normal delivery with genetic abnormalities. So when should I plan for next pregnancy to get a healthy baby?
Female | 24
You must allow your body and soul the time necessary to heal and get back to normal. Doctors often tell women to wait 18-24 months after they're done with the first baby to lower the chances of complications in the second pregnancy. At this point, your body has a chance to recover fully. Make sure you are in good health and see your gynecologist regularly so that when you decide to have another child.

I m 12 weeks pregnant. My NT scan report is 0.39 CM.. Is it to be worried?
Female | 30
At 12 weeks of gestation, a normal NT scan report is expected to be 0.39 cm. The test for the measure of NT (nuchal thickness) is important for the estimation of the risk of chromosomal abnormalities. The specified amount of 0.39 cm is the normal level for this condition at this stage of pregnancy. Usually, if the measurement is normal like this, there is no need to worry. However, keep your regular prenatal check-ups as your gynecologist advises to get further confirmation that all is going well.

Ma'am, I am suffering from endometriosis/chocolate cyst. I have been on Dienogest 2mg medicine for more than a month but still bleeding for 15 days straight. Neither heavy bleeding nor spotting, its something in between. Is there any permanent cure for chocolate cyst or pregnancy is the only solution? I am unmarried. Kindly enlighten me if there is any permanent solution for the same.
Female | 28
Yes with Dienogest it can take several months to be effective. If bleeding continues, speak with your doctor who may perform additional tests or adjust your medications. Doctors can recommend surgery in severe cases or when other treatments have not been effective. Talk to your gynecologist beacuse pregnancy is not a permanent solution for endometriosis or chocolate cysts.

I am talking I pill 12 feb and I missed my period
Female | 26
Late periods happen, even while on the pill. Maybe you're stressed. Or gained weight, changed hormones. Relax – irregular cycles are normal. But if there's unusual bleeding or severe pain, check a pregnancy test, or visit a gynecologist. Otherwise, no worries. Your body will realign in time.

Two weeks after I had unprotected sex with a guy eight years ago I had potential HIV symptoms (a fever, chills etc) that lasted approximately 72 hours. I thought nothing of this at the time. Two and a half years later, I had sex with an undetectable man, but had no idea about this at the time. I found out a short time later (I think about three weeks later) and got an HIV self-test done (a fingerprick test) and it came back negative. I guess this means I'm HIV negative, seeing as undetectable = untransmissible coupled with the fact that HIV would have shown up on the test two and a half years after potential exposure, so it couldn't be a false negative result? I've had safe sex ever since, but I'm just curious as to what this could be, seeing as I didn't take another test after that due to my use of condoms. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Male | 30
If you had an HIV test that came back negative after the potential exposure and it was performed within the appropriate window period, it is likely an accurate result. Its better to get it confirmed with your gynecologist.

I got my period after 2days of unprotected intercourse and it's been a week and there is no symptoms
Female | 15
It's normal for your period to be late after unprotected intercourse, as the body sometimes reacts this way. It's common not to show any symptoms for a week. Pregnancy symptoms might appear later. Stress or changes in your routine can also delay your period. If you're concerned, taking a pregnancy test in a couple of weeks can give you a clearer answer.

If ovulated on day 8th when we can do pregnancy test or when I will get my periods
Female | 31
If you ovulated on the 8th day of your cycle, you might consider taking a pregnancy test around 10-14 days after ovulation. Your expected period could be around the 22nd day of your cycle if it's 28 days long. If your period is late, taking a pregnancy test after missing it is recommended for accurate results

I had sex in March. Then there were signs of pregnancy. I cheked with hcg strip. It is negative. I get my period once every 6 months. I have about 3 weeks of my period. I bled in may. It was only 5 days. I started having menstrual cramps after that. At the same time, i had drops of pink blood for about two days. My lower stomach also started to hurt. My stomach is always getting bigger. I have no problem this month. In the second month, i did not feel much discomfort. If i work hard, my stomach hurts. Can i be pregnant? What should i do now?
Female | 21
A negative result implies most likely no pregnancy. Besides the irregular periods, other problems could also give rise to the symptoms you describe. Given your past irregular periods, it may be wise to see a gynecologist to be sure that there aren't any hormonal imbalances or other issues that might be causing the problem.

Hello I am Sania shaikh I am 20 years old. I had intercourse with my partner without protection 1 month ago and yet 1 month completed and I not got my periods on time so please help me to get my periods. I am very scared please help me. Which pills to take to get my periods to come.
Female | 20
Missing periods after unprotected sexual intercourse can be a sign of pregnancy. Breast tenderness and nausea are also possible. To help your periods come on, there are emergency contraceptive pills that are available on the market. These pills can work to stop a pregnancy if the woman takes them within a specific period after intercourse. Nevertheless, it’s crucial to consult a gynecologist for appropriate advice and treatment.

Beta hCG level 0.30 mlU/mL After 23 days of unprotected sex And 37 days of last menstrual cycle Blood loss vaginally after 33 days of last menstrual cycle is it period or implantation blood. Bcz the amount of blood is very low and colour of blood is little bit change.
Female | 20
Considering the beta hCG value of 0.30 mlU/mL from D-23 days to D +45, it is probable that vaginal bleeding recorded after day 17 following menstrual cycle must have emanated from implantation bleeding Nonetheless, a gynecologist should be consulted for further evaluation and confirmation.
