I am a 19 year old female I came off my period on the 2nd of June I came back on, on the 10th of June.
Female | 19
Some months may have two periods which could be caused by hormone alteration, stress, or side effects of certain drugs. If this isn't happening frequently, then the chances are you may have a minor problem with it. On the other hand, if it is a regular problem and you are struggling with other symptoms like pain or heavy blood discharge, it should be a good idea to seek medical advice from a gynecologist as soon as possible.

Hey I'm cherylene I've been struggling to fall pregnant and don't know what to do anymore I've been trying for more then a year and I already have a child of 4 year old I don't get a regular period since I was 16 years old My last period was the 12 of january
Female | 30
Not getting pregnant after trying for a while is tough. Your irregular periods make pinpointing ovulation tricky - but that's key for conception. Causes could be hormone imbalances, or medical issues. Chart your cycle using ovulation tests or apps, talk to your gynecologist about what's behind the irregularity, and explore options to address it.

I developed severe palpitations and breathlessness of unknown cause since all tests are normal after 3 years of taking birth control pills to regulate periods. I am considering stopping them as the doctor told me. What are expected side effects that would happen from stopping them?
Female | 32
Birth control pills are beneficial, but side effects can arise. If experiencing issues, stopping them seems wise. Your menstrual cycle might undergo adjustments - irregular bleeding or heavier flows could occur. This transition phase necessitates patience from your body. Should symptoms persist or worsen after discontinuation, consulting a gynecologist becomes crucial.

Female | 38
You have adenomyosis. It causes heavy periods, pain in your pelvic area, and bloating. The tablets from your gynecologist help with symptoms. It was good to get another ultrasound to confirm adenomyosis. Your gynecologist may restart the medication or try other treatments based on your situation.

I am a girl aged 21 the previous night l noticed slight virginal bleeding l wore a pad in the morning l noticed the bleeding wasn't much as usual. The following day the bleeding was kinder normal without cramps however this morning l noticed my night pad doesn't even have a drop of blood. Upon calculating my cycle was supposed to start 5 days from today. I had unprotected sex 8 days ago l took emergency contraceptive just a few hours after sex.
Female | 21
It's understandable to be concerned about your symptoms after recent events. Light bleeding can occur for multiple reasons, such as hormonal fluctuations or the use of emergency contraception leading to temporary changes in the cycle, which is a very common one. Since your period is expected in a few days, it’s possible that what you experienced was an irregularity. If the bleeding doesn't stop or if you have other concerns, I recommend that you see a gynecologist who will perform a comprehensive examination.

How to treat UTI after periods
Female | 36
UTIs can occur after menstruation. Signs are burning urination, frequent bathroom trips, and lower abdomen discomfort. Bacteria enters the urinary tract, causing infection. Drink plenty of fluids and cranberry juice to help flush bacteria. Urinate frequently as well. If severe symptoms persist, see a urologist for antibiotics.

Please I have an issue with my ear. I discovered that I couldn't hear clearly again. On checking by a relative, it was discovered that there are lots of waxes which was cleaned with cotton bud. Unfortunately, I couldn't still hear well as there's a continuous sound from the ear (like a continuous sound). A drop of baby oil was applied to soften any wax still contained internally but no success yet. I don't know what I should do next. Expecting your recommendations. Thanks.
Male | 33
Your description makes me think you just got a blockage due to your excessive earwax. I recommend you book an appointment with an ENT specialist. Consulting them for your hearing-related problems is an important step to take to derive a proper solution.

Female | 18
The absence of menstruation and epileptic fits are worrisome. Fits could be linked to a neurological disorder called epilepsy. Women's cycles can also become irregular due to stress or hormonal fluctuations. I suggest you to consult a gynecologist for careful examination and appropriate treatment.

Please help me didi mein jyada pareshan hu .. thyroid report T3 - 1.02 ng/ml T4 - 8.20 ug/dl TSH - 6.72 ul/ml
Female | 21
Changes in flow might be a result of stress, hormonal changes, or thyroid dysfunction. Her TSH level refers to a possibility of hypothyroidism, which in turn can influence her periods. The temporary changes that you have observed could also be attributed to the emergency pill and the body's transition to normal as a result of the pill. Consult a gynecologist for individual advice and sharing your thyroid test results with her is of crucial importance. progress.

I had sex with my boyfriend then Insert implanon now my stomach is growing bigger also I'm having some pregnancy symptoms but pregnancy test is negative I don't know what's going on my stomach also have linea nigra
Female | 18
When you get the Implanon implant for birth control, your body might experience changes that seem like pregnancy signs. These can include stomach expansion and developing a linea nigra, despite negative test results. Hormonal fluctuations caused by the implant can lead to such symptoms. It's advisable to consult a gynecologist to ensure everything is normal.

Dear doctor I found my pregnancy test positive 5 days ago ,but unfortunately today I feeling lightly bleeding
Female | 25
Light spotting during early pregnancy happens frequently. This implantation bleeding occurs when the egg attaches to the uterus. It usually isn't concerning and may come around when your period is due. However, rest and avoid strenuous activities to be cautious. Monitor the bleeding closely - contact a gynecologist immediately if it gets heavier or you have severe cramps.

if you take plan b after you ovulated and nine days before expected period, can the plan b still delay your period
Female | 17
If Plan B was used after ovulation, it could influence your period. Plan B's function is to postpone ovulation, which may affect timing. Therefore, it's possible for period delays after taking it. Irregular bleeding and cycle fluctuations are potential symptoms.

My spouse period started from 20th of October 2024 last month, this month November 20th she has not got period, due to this, we have met doctor for pregnancy test, in that HCG test it is 167.67.
Female | 29
If a woman has irregular periods and her expected period on November 20th hasn’t started yet, along with an HCG test result of 167.67, it could indicate pregnancy. Early signs of pregnancy often include nausea, vomiting, and fatigue. There’s no need to worry, as this is a common experience. Visiting a gynecologist regularly is important for proper care and support throughout the pregnancy.

Hello I am pregent pregnancy time 5 month complete almost bht tej pet drd ho rha hai
Female | 21
You may experience belly pain at the 5th month, every person does that. This might be caused by the growth of your baby and the expansion of your muscles apart from this too, your organs have to move so that the baby can get enough space. Try lying on your left side as well as taking some water or even better still have a warm bath. Should there be any increase in ache or appearance of additional symptoms then let your gynecologist know.

I'm a 28years old female, I have foreplay with my man on Sunday and he was putting on boxer and I was putting on short then he release,I could feel the wetness on my short, can I get pregnant in that process?

No, you cannot get pregnant through clothing during foreplay. For pregnancy to occur, sperm needs to directly enter the vagina. However, if you have concerns about pregnancy or sexual health, it’s best to visit a gynecologist for proper advice and guidance.

A menstrual period of only twenty-four hours might be caused by various things like stress, hormonal imbalances, large weight shifts, or even dietary changes. Although irregularities are not so uncommon, if the modification fits the description of long-term or you have symptoms such as pain or unusual discharge that accompany it, a gynecologist is the right person to go to.

Female | 23
Your test results indicate that you have certain antibodies associated with infections which could interfere with pregnancy. Torch infections such as rubella, cytomegalovirus, and herpes simplex virus may lead to miscarriage. It’s good that you’re using folic acid. Visit a gynecologist so they can advise whether you require any vaccinations.
