Hello, I am 32 year old, I have 20-30 days regular cycle, but my last menstrual cycle was 32 days. I do not use any contraception, or alcohol or any medications. My last periods was on 5th Aug. My partner and I had unprotected sex on 9th and 11th day after first day of my last period (i.e 5th Aug). It is my 39th day of cycle today (i.e 12th Sept), I did not get my period. Home UPT is negative. Can I still be pregnant? Previous history of current medical complaint: I have been trying to get pregnant since an year but never missed a period this late. cycle usually fluctuates between 28-32 days. Current medication details: No History of medication for the same complaint: No lab tests done: AMH: 3.97 (Normal range: 0.176 - 11.705 ng/mL) T3 246 (Normal range: 175.0 - 354.0 PG/DL) FSH: 8.1 (Follicular 2.5-10.2 MIU/ML) LH: 2.5 (FOLLIC: 1.9-12.5mIU/ml)

i was on antibiotics a few days ago and i should have my period in 3 days time. note that i am on bc pill. i was having abdominal cramps and lots of bloating and feeling nauseated. i have experienced pink discharge 2 days ago (which i usually have before my period starts) and now when i poop i have blood coming out my vagina (which looked like when i have my period). not sure if it is a type of discharge, but it looks more like period blood. however during the night i do not bleed at all and not even now. what is happening?
