Due to its nature which comes in the form of oil, and dead cells of the skin, smegma is the only natural substance one needs. When it accumulates, it can cause some aches and pains. Remember to gently wash the skin with water every day. Do not forget to dry off every last drop of water. If itching still stays or aggravates, you should immediately consult a dermatologist to get this problem cured.
