In here I'm not having any sunlight, and now I have been here for one year, and the winter is coming...there is no sunlight in here, food is not proper, and I have been eating fast foods....and getting fat day by day, even if I'm not eating anything fat is increasing,I cannot walk, getting tired easily, and there is issue while climbing the stairs...and there is pain in my legs everyday for the standing...I don't have any energy...feeling dizzy. And I'm not even able to tie my shoe lace...feeling suffocated while doing this...can you please recommend any solution for this....and can you please recommend supplements to take and what all needs to be take care when we are taking the supplements??
Female | 23
These symptoms, such as fatigue, weight gain, leg pain, and dizziness, could be caused by healthy foods that your diet lacks, like Vitamin D and proper nutrition. This means that junk foods that you eat do not guarantee the demand for adequate vitamins and minerals required by our bodies. To get rid of it, switch to a meal plan that contains ultra-low vegetables, more fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins. Moreover, take a Vitamin D supplement because sunshine is lacking in your area. Make sure to take the correct dosage from the package and ask your doctor if needed when taking supplements. Drink water and exercise to increase your energy and overall health.

I was bitten by a dog and got vaccinated after near about 30 hours a bit late doctor told there will be 4 more doses of vaccines one after 3 days one on 7th day one on 14th day and one on 28th day I was busy these days so I got no time to get vaccinated so I going today after 1 week to get vaccinated can you please tell me am I in risk or everything’s fine If I get vaccinated.
Male | 18
If bitten by a dog, crucial to follow the vaccine schedule. Although doses were missed, getting vaccinated late surpasses not getting it. Still vital is the completion of doses to prevent rabies. Delayed dosing slightly raises infection risk, but late vaccination wins over none.

I got into a car crash back in April 2022 when I was 17. I took my eyes off the road. I was fiddling with the car radio, my head was turned towards the right and I crash the passenger side of my car into a telephone pole and all the airbags deployed. I didn’t get any facial or body injuries. I got diagnosed with bilateral tinnitus from an ENT doctor but they didn’t find any damage when they did a physical examination. I did a hearing test and I have a little bit of hearing loss. Based on my hearing test is my tinnitus permanent or temporary?
Male | 19
As an expert in the medical field, I suggest that you should see an audiologist for further examination of your tinnitus. Tinnitus could result from diverse origins for example hearing loss, eardrum inflammation, head or neck injuries, and use of certain drugs. The specialist can give the correct diagnosis and treatment alternatives specific to your case. It is advisable to seeking a healthcare professional immediacy to avoid extendes complications.

When you sleep a lot, having missed a meal or two might also make the symptoms worse. It weakens the immune systems, this can cause body pains such as fever and joint aches. Take lots of water or any other fluids for example sodas can work too if they have high nutritional value also eat healthy while resting enough.

I was consulting a sangoma(witchdoctor) who gave me something to drink over a course of four months. Now i cant feel the effects of my medication or any other drugs for that matter. What could have been in the drink and how do I counter it?
Male | 20
The beverage you had from the traditional healer might have had substances that blocked your body from taking in or reacting to drugs. Sometimes specific plants or chemicals can do this. The things you are going through like not being affected by medication could be because of this blockage. I suggest you stop taking the beverage at once and go to see a doctor. They will be able to examine you and give you the right treatment.

I think you might have a cold that’s making you cough and giving you red eyes. Having a fever for a whole week is a cause for concern. Sometimes red eyes are a sign of a cold virus. You should rest, drink fluids, and take something for the fever. If you don’t get better or your eyes get worse, it’s a good idea to see a doctor.

Female | 18
Getting an extra tetanus shot within 5 years of your last one isn't serious. Extra doses don't harm you, though injection sites may get sore or red, with mild fever. Side effects resolve alone. No need for concern; your body handles it fine. Next time, be mindful of due dates to avoid confusion.
