Missed period, doubt of implantation bleeding Negative test

I missed 3 days of my period and on 4th day i got bleeding..i am confused that its my period or implantation bleeding. pregnancy test shows negative..

MISSING PERIOD followed by BLEEDING can have multiple causes.. IMPLANTATION BLEEDING occurs before a MISSED PERIOD.. NEGATIVE PREGNANCY TEST indicates it may not be IMPLANTATION BLEEDING.. Consult a DOCTOR for further evaluation of the CAUSE.
