Why Do I Have These Unsettling Symptoms?
Ive been experiencing these symptoms for 10 days: dry retching, temperature changes, food and smell sensitivity, craving ice, period delayed 10 days, emotional, glowing, racing heart, smell of fresh refrigerated food turns me sick. What is the most likely cause?

2022 detect ectopic and then remove left tube. My LMP 21/04/2024, missed my period then Preganews test result positive. And visit doctor(26/05/24) Doctor did an USG and said it is very urlay so nothing was seen, only bed formation. After one day Beta HCG test (27/05/24) Value - 23220 mlU/mL After 48H test repeat (29/5/24) HCG Value --32357 Then I saw the doctor, said everything is fine, come in 8 weeks then USGI I am very confused Plz suggest.
