You may have an allergy. Swelling in specific areas, such as your hands or arms, can be caused by allergies. Your body can retain water in these areas. Insect bites, certain foods, and contact with irritants can cause edema. To reduce the swelling, try using a cold compress and antihistamine. If it doesn’t go away or gets worse, see a dermatologist.

Patient History: Age: 32 Chief Complaint: The patient presents with a history of recurring brown and black spots on the arms and body since the age of 9-10, occasional scrotal ulcers diagnosed at the age of 31, HPV-associated p16 strain squamous cell carcinoma at the age of 32, Medical History: - Occasional scrotal ulcers diagnosed at age 31. - HPV-associated p16 strain squamous cell carcinoma diagnosed at age 31, treated surgically with margins. - Reappearrance of genital warts after 1 year after surgery Symptoms: - Recurring brown and black spots on the arms and body since childhood, with occasional appearance and disappearance. - Thick, black, dry-textured spots on the legs. - Small white spots near the genital area and stomach. Additional Information: The patient reports that the brown and black spots on the arms and body have been present since childhood, with intermittent appearance and disappearance. These spots are more prominent in the arms and underarms, while on the legs, they are thicker and predominantly black with a dry texture. The patient has a history of scrotal ulcers at age 31, which have resolved. At age 32, the patient was diagnosed with HPV-associated p16 strain squamous cell carcinoma, which was surgically removed with margins. Despite treatment, the patient experiences recurrent genital warts. Furthermore, small white spots have been noticed near the genital area and stomach. What should be done. Its a complicated case and needs alot of study

I'm 19 years old, I had irritation in my inner thigh thought to be thigh chaffing, it stopped then had a surgery for ovarian cyst removal surgery. After a week I had a watery profuse discharge from down there with a weird bad smell stopped after 3 days but caused severe irritation in my inner thigh and labia majora. Went to a dermatologist (and that was 3 months ago) he prescribed for me daktacort thrice daily and triflucan 150mg once weekly as I had tinia cruris (not sure of spelling). My skin got better but I still have slight irritation in my labia majora and minora and white solid like discharge in the middle of the day (not sure if it's okay) my dermatologist told me to continue till my symptoms stop completely and add 2 weeks but I have doubts about the dose and prescription because I didn't think it would last this long. Please help me relief my doubts.

on 08/05/2024,suddenly i felt pain in my left breast.The pain went away after taking a pain killer. (hifenac sp).But after six days (on 14/052024)when I squeezed my breast,i found a pus like discharge from the same breast.next day i went to the doctor and i uploaded the prescription.now when i squeeze my breast i can see pus. i have two children.younger one is 4 year and 5 months old.no lump is felt.when will it be cured?should i stop squeezing breast?please help.

It seems like you are going through mastitis which is an infection in the breast tissue. The pus-like discharge is a sign of infection. I(22f) lost 20 kgs in 2022 and since then I am suffering from hairfall. I got blood test 2 months ago and I was deficient in vit d(9.44mg/ml) and iron(30). Doctor prescribed 60000iu shots twice weekly and a tablet for daily with additional 1000iu. Also taking iron supplement. For 2-3 weeks ny hair fall came down to 10-15 strans but slowly started increasing and now at 2 months it's more than 100 per day. Before starting supplements it was 40-50. What happened?
