Should I see a doctor for irregular periods and weight gain?
I'm 27 year old female,I got married in April 2023 , I got my periods in 28 days but from the 6 months I will get between 30 to 35 days , is it normal or should I consult doctor and I put on weight (93kg)

It’s normal for your periods to change a bit after marriage. Stress or weight gain due to different lifestyles can affect your cycle. Having irregular periods could be because of these. If you’ve gained some weight, it may be a factor. Doing exercises to lose some weight and eating healthier may help in regulating the period. However, if it persists, seek further advice from a gynecologist.
