Hi i saw my period beginning of last month and i saw it last week now I'm seeing it again what can i do?
Female | 19
Seeing your period twice monthly can feel frustrating. Hormonal imbalance, stress, weight changes, or medications might cause this. If experiencing heavy bleeding, severe cramps, or dizziness, rest, drink lots of water, and eat iron-rich foods to replenish your body. Keep tracking periods; if this continues, speak with a gynecologist.

Age -22 Query - I missed my periods from 2 months( 10 nov skip )(10 December which is tomorrow I'll complete 2 months) Medication - Norethindrone Acetate Tablets U.S.P REGESTRONE ( It is prescribed to take 3 pills in one day but i cannot take it pains alot) I had protected sex on 4 nov and I did a pregnancy test on 2 December which came out as negative. What should I do. And I can't take 3 pills a day how should I take this medicine.?
Female | 22
It’s normal to worry if you missed your period, especially after you were sexually active. The most common factors can be hormonal imbalances, stress, or changes in lifestyle. Given that you have tested negative for pregnancy already, it is leading to a positive outlook. If anything is wrong with the recommended dose, talk to your gynecologist. He/she can either see the reason and recommend medicine for the problem or maybe replace it with another better suitable brand.

The prescribed usage for Normens tablets is 21 days. If I take them for 25 days, will there be any problem? Will my AMH level decrease?
Female | 40
When you take Normens tablets longer than the prescribed 21 days, it may cause hormonal imbalance. An extended use of 25 days will not greatly affect your AMH level. However, it’s better to follow the recommended period to prevent any possible dangers.

Prescribe a tablet to induce missed periods
Female | 24
If you've missed a period and you know you're not pregnant because your body produces irregular hormones, you could be experiencing a hormone imbalance. The use of an appropriate pharmaceutical tablet, medroxyprogesterone, is one way to induce your period. This tablet is designed to regulate the menstrual cycle and bring back your periods. Talk to a gynecologist to determine whether it's safe for you to take these medications before administering them.

I'm having spotting today..I had sex with my partner..but he didn't insert his penis...the semen was spread outside..so in doubt I took ginger and papaya leaf..I'm also a hypothyroidism patient..is it a sign of pregnancy...and if so is it safe to take i-pill
Female | 20
Women may experience light spotting after sex, especially if their period is approaching. This is normal and not always a sign of pregnancy. Irregular periods can also be caused by mental health issues linked to hypothyroidism. While ginger and papaya are commonly used herbs, they are not reliable for preventing pregnancy. If you're worried about pregnancy, you can consider taking an emergency pill like the i-pill.

Female | 16
It's concerning that you have missed your periods for 7 months now, especially since you started your periods at 12. The important weight gain you mentioned can contribute to irregular periods. This could be due to hormonal imbalances or other health issues. It's important to see a gynecologist to find the exact cause and get the right treatment.

Should i still need to take emergency contraceptive after taking the 1st dose before 24hrs and 2nd dose 12hrs after
Female | 18
Yes, it is imperative to follow the prescription for the evening after pill, even when it is taken during the first 24 hours after sex and the second one after 12 hours, respectively. I suggest seeking help and support from your gynecologist first if you have any uncertainty about emergency contraception methods.

26 day of the period is there any possibility to get pregnant
Female | 24
Getting pregnant around the 26th day of your cycle is less likely, but it can still occur. If you miss periods, feel nauseous, or exhausted, it could indicate pregnancy. To confirm, take a pregnancy test. When concerned or suspecting pregnancy, consult a gynecologist for guidance.

40 days late periods without pregnancy
Female | 33
Sometimes your period can be late, even if you're not pregnant. Things like stress, weight changes, or hormones can cause delays. If it's really late, like 40 days, you might feel bloated and tired. Don’t worry—just relax, eat healthy, and get enough sleep. However, if this keeps happening, it’s important to see a gynecologist to check if everything is okay.

After my last periods I had sexual contact and on my test single line appeared but after 9 hours a faint line at T also appeared what does that mean
Female | 20
A single line means negative pregnancy test. An over-faded line means a positive result. It's best to confirm with the doctor.

How to treat vaginal burning sensation instantly
Female | 17
Vaginal burning can occur for several reasons, including infections, rashes, and hormonal imbalances. This may be described as a stinging or itching sensation in the area. To provide instant relief, try using a cool compress, wearing cotton underwear, and avoiding scented products. Furthermore, water and reserving your sense of smell for odorless things can also help. If the burning persists, it is necessary to consult a gynecologist.

Sex k bad 72 unwanted kit use ki thi 2 time date aa chuki h and 3 time nahi ai h
Female | 19
It is rather common to employ an emergency contraceptive pill such as the 72-hour kit after sex. Every so often, it has the potential to disrupt your period cycle. If you have experienced it two times and your period has come two times, but the third time has not come, it may be because of the pill. Hang on a bit, and if you are concerned, consult with a gynecologist for some advice.

Hi! Took ipill on 23rd Nov, got brown discharge/bleeding very little similar to 5th of period on 4th December, period due in 12th dec, I am assuming that this brown discharge is withdrawal bleeding. What next and when will I get my next period? On 12th itself?
Female | 19
It looks like you might be experiencing withdrawal bleeding, which can happen after the use of emergency contraception such as the I-pill. This brown discharge is usually lighter and atypical of a regular period. As your next period is expected to occur on December 12, it seems to be more likely that your period will come earlier or be a little delayed due to hormonal changes. If you are worried or your cycle differs from your normal pattern considerably, I would advise you to consult a gynecologist for reassurance.

So, I have been to a urogynecologist and she thinks I have an overactive bladder. I have had this sensation like I'm leaking. I feel like I leak while I'm standing, sitting, or bending really much at any time. Well, today I had to go to the bathroom and when I pulled down my pants white stuff went on the floor. But, When I urinated in the toilet it was yellow. I am wondering if the leaking feeling I have is just a discharge. I did go to the er for back pain and they said I have sciatica.
Female | 23
What you saw on the floor as a white substance may be discharge, but it is vital to eliminate other possible sources. I would recommend that you visit your urogynecologist for an accurate diagnosis and the appropriate treatment plan.

I lost my virginity and now my periods are late by 5 days. I am regular 28 days cycle. What to do . I used a condom
Female | 23
Stress, changes in routine, or hormonal fluctuations can all impact your cycle's timing. Since you used protection, the chances of pregnancy are reduced, but it's still wise to take a home pregnancy test to be certain. If your periods remain irregular or if you experience additional symptoms, consulting a gynecologist is a good step to rule out any underlying issues. They can guide you further based on your specific situation.

I have been on medication since very long and now I am trying to conceive, for that my doc prescribes some medicines i.e mgd360k, corectia, vms max, follic acid, dydogesterone and utronic syrup, also I am thyroid patient so 50 mg medicine. My period was never on time instead it get delayed for even 6 months or more. But after medications i am getting my period. For few months i used Gynaset for period but since 3 months my period automatically comes. Since feb month i was using gynaset for period.(got period on 6th feb) But in march I get my period automatically on 31st(spotting) then again in april on 27th I saw spotting , my doc asked me to take gynaset so again i got my period on8th may...and this month june I got my period on 1st. But again spotting I am on fertyl tablet for conceiving. This time my period actually start after 25 days only. Now i kind of feel my spotting will even stop. What can be the reason for this?
Female | 27
There are many possible reasons for bleeding in between periods, including hormone imbalances, problems with the thyroid gland, or even certain medications. Since you’re trying to get pregnant, irregularities like these could affect your ability to conceive. I suggest talking to your gynecologist openly about them so that he/she can help you manage this situation properly.

I am female of 36 years. I want to ask that I had periods last month on the night of 21st dec and this month I had periods today night.is it normal length period cycle.? As I stressed for getting pregnant. And after marriage I faced shorter period cycle for 4 months almost.
Female | 36
It's understandable to feel concerned about menstrual changes, especially during times of stress. A typical cycle ranges from 21 to 35 days, so your recent timing may still be within a normal range. Stress and lifestyle adjustments can impact cycle length. If you experience shorter cycles for several months after marriage, this could be linked to hormonal changes, which is common. To support your health, consider relaxation techniques and maintaining a balanced diet. However, if you continue to have irregular periods or are worried about fertility, I recommend consulting a gynecologist for personalized advice and support.
