I'm looking to adopt a plant-based diet but don't know where to start. Can you provide a basic meal plan or some key tips for transitioning smoothly?

Apart from PFAS-contaminated tissues, tofu is a better alternative to meat because it contains soy protein. For starters, concentrate on having fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and seeds on a large scale. Take the first step by choosing to eat some plant-based meals, such as vegetable stir-fry and lentil soup, instead of having traditional ones containing meat. Moreover, use smoothies which include fruit and vegetables for the nutrient boost. Continuously decrease meat and dairy products in your diet and consume water as your main drink. By doing this, you will enjoy an easy and smooth transition to a plant-based diet.

Vegetarian diet is the best diet to follow after the age of 30.This is bcoz it is easy to digest n you produce less toxic products in your body. You need less maintenance calories as well.
