Some symptoms may include belly pain, bloating, and a feeling of satiety quickly, which are some of the ulcers. Be supportive of them by stopping the use of irritating food and cigs, and let's think positively. Medications that decrease the acid in the stomach may also aid. IBS is a disorder that affects the digestive system and can be triggered by stress, certain foods, or medications. To help manage your symptoms, consider avoiding trigger foods like spicy or fatty foods and try adding more fiber to your diet. Drinking enough water and managing stress through relaxation exercises can also be helpful. If these tips don't work, it might be helpful to talk to a gastroenterologist. They can suggest other treatment options or make changes to your current medications.

How is hep c spread? If I used a stick n poke needle with no blood
Female | 19
Transmission of hepatitis C may involve contact with infected blood and/or sharps such as needles. Even if the needle does not have any water therein, the stick and pokes use can still result in viral infections. It will be good to see a hepatologist or a gastroenterologist if you have reason to think your chances of Hepatitis C are high.

I loose my appetite for days and some times weeks. I tend to think I don’t eat that much naturally. I feel there are phlegms within my throat. I salivate a lot during those periods. At times too I eat a lot and have the urge to eat more (but this don’t last long).
Male | 32
You could be having some digestive problems. When you don’t feel like eating and your mouth waters more than usual as well as feeling that you have phlegm in your throat; it might mean that there is heartburn or indigestion. These conditions can cause discomfort when one eats food. To relieve the symptoms, attempt to eat small but frequent meals throughout the day; avoid spicy or greasy foods, and ensure that your body remains hydrated at all times. Male | 30
The symptoms you're describing, like heartburn, acid reflux, bloating, and mucus in your stool, could be due to a stomach infection or eating foods that don't agree with your body. Spicy and fatty foods can worsen these symptoms. It's a good idea to eat slowly, avoid foods that trigger your symptoms, and stay hydrated with water. If the symptoms continue, it's important to see a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.

A condition you seem likely to have is appendicitis. Your appendix is inflamed. The symptoms: stabbing agony in your lower tummy, mostly on the left, getting worse when you apply hand pressure, bend, walk around, or flex your body. If you experience these signs, head straight to the emergency room, immediately. Appendicitis generally needs surgical removal of the appendix to stop dangerous complications from arising.

You might have external hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are blood vessels downright back near your passage that can be sore and itchy. The application of warm baths, over-the-counter creams, and fiber-rich foods are some of the ways to help with the symptoms. It's important to check with a gastroenterologist if the problem persists.

Iam 38 year old male iam consuming ibrufen 400 mg ofloxacin 200 mg amlodine 5 mg shall I take alcohol after how many hours of gap
Male | 38
Avoiding the interaction of alcohol with these medications is essential. The risk of a stomach bleed and low blood pressure can be amplified by alcohol when taken with ibuprofen and amlodipine, whilst dizziness and drowsiness can worsen with ofloxacin and alcohol. It is wiser to refrain from alcohol for at least 24 hours after your last dose to ensure there are no harmful interactions.

it started a month ago, at night i felt a burning sensation in my chest for about an hour and then followed by back pain and chest pain in the morning. Few days before that i was having a feeling that i was getting choked at night for 3 consecutive days whenever i tried to sleep. I went to the doctor and he said it is possibly GERD and prescribed me medicines but the medicine didnt help and i had this very intense back apin that got into the shoulders and left arm. Then i went again to the doctor and he made me do ecg but results were normal. So he said maybe symptoms of GERD. But now its been month and i still have a constricting feelingin my chest and a sharp needle like pain below the chestbone that comes and goes along with a back pain.
Male | 21
Stomach acid flowing back into the esophagus might cause your issue. It's called GERD. GERD brings chest pain, back pain, choking sensations. Sometimes needles-like pain under chestbone too. Eat smaller meals for GERD relief. Avoid spicy foods. Raise bed head while sleeping. If it persists, a gastroenterologist's visit is essential. They'll evaluate further and adjust treatment if needed.

i got mild choking some rice in my throath that make me cough but i can breath can i ask can i drink water?
Female | 61
Sometimes when the food goes down the wrong way it gets stuck in the throat. If you can breathe and cough this means that the airflow is not obstructed. You can try this method: drink a bit of water to help flush the rice down. Do not swallow big gulps as this may lead to more choking interventions. Small sips are recommended and you should keep coughing to remove the dirt from your throat. Get medical care if the problem continues or confirms you have a more serious illness.
