Is my irregular bleeding related to my period cycle?
I got my last period at the night of 28 November and that menses ended within 6 7 days now again I am bleeding once a day for 4 days ,is it period?

I went to the hospital today to get an abortion. Some tests were done and I turned to have an infection so I was given the take home mifepristone and misoprostol for the termination of pregnant to administer them at home. Uterus is elongated bulky.there are ill defined hyper echoic lesions with Sunray shadowing measuring 2.6 into 1.7 CM in the anterior wall of body region and 2.4 into 1.6 CM in the posterior wall of body region. Endometrial thickness is 9.5 mm. No uterine fibroids. No free fluid is seen in the pouch of Douglas. Cervix appears thickened measuring 3.5 CM. Multiple nabothian cysts or seen in the cervix. Right overy shows a follicular cyst measuring 2 into 1.2 CM leftover shows follicular cyst measuring 2.4 into 1.9 CM
