Periods often vary due to stress, weight changes, or hormonal fluctuations. Pregnancy could also be a possibility, so it's important to take a test to confirm. Stress can delay your period, so try to stay calm and take care of yourself. If you're concerned, consider talking to a gynecologist.

My period is late for like 5 days or more and i don't know why
Female | 14
Periods being late is common, so you shouldn't panic straight away. It can also be stress, changes in weight, diet, or exercise habits. It could also be a sign of pregnancy if you've been sexually active. Just breathe deeply. If you are worried, you can take a home pregnancy test to calm you down. If you continue to have irregular periods, you should talk to a gynecologist.

Hey I am 21 years old woman. I am having a issue in my menstrual periods. Last i got my period on 30th Dec. 21 and i was suppose to have my periods on around 29th jan 22. Its 4th feb now and didnt have my periods. I have abdominal pain sometimes. Earlier i never had problem related to periods , i used to have my periods on the given date only. I had protected sex on 5th January, still i get tested with the kit its showing negative.
Female | 21
Hi, There are several causes for delayed periods. U first need to rule out pregnancy by taking a urine pregnancy test if it shows a single line means it’s negative. After that, u need to visit a nearby gynaecologist or a Sonologist and take transvaginal sonography of the pelvis and get your endometrial thickness checked, depending upon which the gynaecologist will give medicines to bring in periods If the urine test is positive then u need to go to the gynaecologist and she will explain you further details

I had unprotected sex with my partner like 2 times in a interval of 8 days and both time ipill was taken not sure if I ejaculated my partner had thyroid but it’s normal earlier she used to not have periods for months because of thyroid now the dates are 18 and 25 Aug yet no periods and she’s on meprate medications too yet no sign
Male | Diana
Hormonal and thyroid issues may have caused the missed periods. Emergency contraception may also have played a role. Stress and anxiety may also influence the menstrual cycle. There is no doubt about that. The best course of action now is to wait a while longer. If the period still does not come, it is advisable to do a pregnancy test and discuss the situation further with a gynecologist.

Vaginal Yeast Infection. Tried ointment and pills but didn’t cure. It developed some days after I used V wash.
Female | 19
Yeast infection is a frequent vaginal disease that occurs when there are excessive yeasts present. Ointments and pills do not always eliminate the infection. In this situation, therefore it is advised to visit a gynecologist. Do not use products such as V wash until the disease is fully healed.

I want to stop my periods from 5 date to 13 date plz recommend some mdcn its urgent
Female | 23
I understand the stress of trying to stop your period on specific dates. The most effective way to do this is by using birth control pills, which contain hormones that can control your menstrual cycle. You can start taking the pills a few days before your period to delay it. Common side effects include headaches, nausea, and breast tenderness. It's important to consult with a gynecologist for a prescription and guidance on safe use.

I didn't know I was pregnant and I thought I was having periods (above 14 days), when I saw the doctor, he told me to take sysron ncr 10mg tablets for 15 days.I came to know that I am 2 months pregnant after taking it for 15 days.. Is there any problem with the child because of taking that tablet..
Female | 26
Sysron NCR is not recommended in pregnancy. But since you took it only for 15 days, the impact on the fetus may be minimal. Inform your gynecologist about this medication and get regular prenatal care to monitor the health of the fetus.

I was pregnant today was 13 day my period date was 14 march but now I m getting brown discharge and lyt cramps in stomach coming and going And 17 march my beta HCG was 313 and yesterday it was 1000
Female | 27
Brown discharge and light cramps during early pregnancy can occur for several reasons. Like, implantation bleeding or hormonal changes. Rising beta HCG levels is usually a good sign. However, it's important to keep an eye on your symptoms. And speak with your gynecologist if you have any worries.

Hello! My menstrual cycle lasts around 31 days and I’ve had a conception on day 16 but we had a condom. It’s day 24 and I feel a bit nauseous, but there are also exams this week. Do you think I can be pregnant?
Female | 18
Your restlessness in such a tiring situation is perfectly human. A menstrual cycle of 31 days with ovulation occurring around the 16th day of the cycle may still result in pregnancy despite you using a condom. Although Tummy troubles may originate in different places, such as stress or hormonal shifts. Nausea may occur from several different sources such as stress or hormonal shifts. Since your tests are around, you might have some symptoms of anxiety. It is a good idea to consider the option of doing a pregnancy test at home in case your period is late. You may consult a gynecologist.

Based on the symptoms, you may be experiencing early pregnancy symptoms. On the other hand, it is advisable to go for an ultrasound to confirm pregnancy and get proper prenatal care. Please make an appointment with a specialist immediately.

I do not use any kind of birth control. And am sexually active. I use condoms or pull out. I have always had pretty regular periods but recently gotten my period twice in 4 weeks. What do I do?
Female | 17
Having periods twice within 4 weeks can happen due to stress, weight changes, or hormone imbalances. If it continues or other symptoms like pain or heavy bleeding occur, seeing a gynecologist is wise to ensure everything's alright.

if you take plan b after you ovulated and nine days before expected period, can the plan b still delay your period

If Plan B was used after ovulation, it could influence your period. Plan B's function is to postpone ovulation, which may affect timing. Therefore, it's possible for period delays after taking it. Irregular bleeding and cycle fluctuations are potential symptoms.

I was pregnant but I took pills and I see blood just for one day after that I don't see blood but still I have back pain and my stomach is hurt and I feel pain nearly my ovary am I still a pregnancy woman?
Female | 25
You may have had certain uncomfortable signs after consuming medication during your pregnancy. Bleeding which lasts only one day can signal miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy. Back and stomach pain with an ache near your ovary could be associated with these disorders. The priority in such instances is to go to a gynecologist as soon as possible to know the pregnancy status and the appropriate care you will be given.

Female | 26
This can be accomplished by doing regular nipple stimulation or through specific medicines. Some people may have breast tenderness or they may have changes in their breast tissue. If you would like to induce lactation, it is better to first consult with a gynecologist to get a proper diagnosis and safe approaches customized to you. They can teach you the procedure, oversee your health, and ensure proper assistance is available.

I have pain in my breast, before my lymph nodes in my armpits were swollen but they went down. However the pain in my breast started and it hurts really bad.

It is advisable to seek medical help immediately when having pain in breasts. This may be indicative of a more severe condition, including mastitis or breast cancer, and necessitates an immediate visit to the doctor. The breast surgeon or the gynecologist could check and administer treatment for any suspected problems.
